I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Your Sunshine Apartments Batumi, I wasn’t expecting much from a place on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street. I mean, it’s tucked away from the main tourist drag, and you know how those side streets can be hit or miss. But walking up to this five-star property, I actually stopped in my tracks. The building has this modern glass facade that catches the light beautifully, and there’s something about the way it’s positioned that gives most rooms these incredible views toward the Black Sea – you can glimpse it between the other buildings if you lean out just right.

What really got me though was stepping inside one of these apartments. They’re not your typical cramped hotel rooms, you know? We’re talking proper living spaces with full kitchens (and I mean full – decent-sized fridge, proper stove, even a dishwasher), separate bedrooms, and these gorgeous marble bathrooms that honestly made me want to redesign my own place back home. The furnishings feel contemporary without being cold, if that makes sense. There’s this warm wood flooring throughout, and the balconies – well, most units have them – are perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. I spent way too much time out there just watching Batumi wake up each day.

Here’s what I really appreciated: the location is actually brilliant once you figure it out. You’re maybe a seven-minute walk from the Boulevard and the beach, but far enough back that you don’t get the constant noise from the main tourist areas. At night, you can sleep with the windows open and just hear the city settling down rather than party music until 3 AM. The staff genuinely seem to care about making your stay work – they helped me sort out some confusion with local transportation and even recommended this tiny khachapuri place around the corner that I never would have found otherwise. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak season (July and August get crazy busy), but they have a few spots and the neighborhood isn’t impossible to navigate. The 8.9 rating makes perfect sense to me – it’s the kind of place where you actually feel like you’re living in the city for a while rather than just passing through. If you’re planning to stay more than a couple nights and want space to spread out, this is exactly what you want in Batumi.

  A great base for exploring Batumi. I have nothing to complain about the facility, everything as described. I recommend it for couples.
  Very close to the shop where you can buy delicious local wines, fresh bread and fruit. The center and the biggest attractions are about 20-25 minutes on foot. A wonderful view from the window of the city and the Black Sea. I recommend it again.
