I ended up cooking breakfast a couple of times using ingredients from the local market, which saved me some money and gave me a more authentic feel for the place.

What really stood out was the attention to detail – the kind of stuff you only notice when you’re actually living in a space for a few days rather than just passing through. The Wi-Fi actually works consistently (trust me, this isn’t always a given in this part of the world), the water pressure is solid, and the air conditioning keeps things comfortable even during those sticky summer evenings when Batumi’s humidity kicks in. The staff seemed genuinely helpful rather than just going through the motions, and they knew the neighborhood well enough to give me some local recommendations that weren’t just the obvious tourist spots. I particularly appreciated their tip about the best time to visit the nearby botanical garden – apparently early morning is when you get the best light and fewer crowds, and they were absolutely right. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the elevator can be a bit slow during busy periods, but honestly, that’s pretty standard for buildings in this area, and the few extra minutes never killed anyone.

  What could be improved: the worst stay i have ever had for past 4 years . we arrived around 4pm by the building and i see this guy messaged me you need to give me 30 percent deposit otherwise i dont keep the room for you ! imagine i booked it when i was flying to Batumi and i should have WU t30 percent of the money when i was on the air !! lol
  it did not end here finally he came to check us in ( by the way super rude ) he did not accept card and he was always telling me cancel your booking i will give you discount .
  the room. smelled baaaaaaaaaaad and the shower was leaking he even didnt care how many time i wrote him .

  Апартаменты расположены в Alliance Palace, в связи с этим нужно учитывать огромную плотность и трафик в этом районе. Был в начале мая, поэтому загрузка отелей вокруг далеко не пиковая. В сезон и людей, и машин будет намного больше.
  Рядом строится невероятное количество отелей. Проживали на 30-м этаже, поэтому вид с балкона на всю эту суету просто великолепный.
  Завтрак хороший: горячие сырная лепешка и булочка, вареное яйцо, ненатуральный пакетик сока и чай/кофе. В целом сытный. Выпечка свежая.
  За свои деньги отличный вариант, чтоб остановиться: расположен в самом центре, рядом море, где классно по утрам прогуливаться вдоль побережья по дорожке. Рядом есть платная парковка. В мае была сравнительно пустая. Жить в этом районе лично я бы не смог, но для туриста – хороший вариант, думаю.

  отличные апартаменты! очень уютные, есть все необходимое: базовая посуда, губка, средство для мытья посуды, что немаловажно, а то в некоторых апартаментов их нет и это очень неудобно, несколько пакетиков чая 🤍 безумно дружелюбный хозяин, который помогал нам с любыми вопросами и прислал список мест, что можно посмотреть и где можно вкусно поесть:)) с балкона открывается шикарный вид на море
