Most of the rooms face out toward the Black Sea, and honestly, watching the sunrise from your window while having morning coffee is pretty much worth the price of admission alone. The five-star rating isn’t just for show either – the rooms are spacious without feeling empty, and the beds are actually comfortable (you’d be surprised how many fancy hotels mess this basic thing up). I particularly appreciated that they’ve managed to soundproof things well enough that you’re not hearing every conversation in the hallway, though you’ll still catch the gentle sound of waves if you open the balcony door.

The location is actually pretty smart when you think about it. You’re close enough to Batumi’s main action – the boulevard, the old town, all those restaurants everyone talks about – but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the constant noise and crowds. I found myself walking to the Batumi Boulevard pretty regularly, and it’s maybe a fifteen-minute stroll through some interesting neighborhoods where you actually see how locals live. The hotel staff knows this area well too, and they’ll point you toward spots that aren’t necessarily in every guidebook but are absolutely worth your time. Parking was surprisingly hassle-free, which matters if you’re planning day trips to places like the Botanical Garden or up into the mountains. I mean, Georgia’s got so much to explore beyond just the coast, and this makes a solid base for all of it. The 8.5 rating feels about right – it’s genuinely good without being perfect, and sometimes that’s exactly what you want when you’re trying to experience a place rather than just hide away in your hotel.

  What could be improved: الكثير من المشاكل اولها المواقف لايوجد مواقف خاصة سفلية بالبرج اضطررنا للوقوف بعيدا جدا عند المول وأحيانا ابعد حتى تمكنا من الوصول وهذا كان مرهقا جدا
  ثانيا عند تسجيل الدخول لم يكن الموقع صحيحا على بوكينج واجهنا صعوبة كبيرة بالوصول لمكتب الاستقبال الذي يقع في الدور 11 ثم لم تكن الغرف جاهزة واخبرنا بالذهاب ثم العودة استغرق ذلك وقتا طويلا في زحمة باتومي الكبيرة حول البرج.. وارهقنا الموظف بالاتصال لانه يريد الإلغاء إذا لم نعد بسرعة..
  ثالثا يوجد أزمة مصاعد خانقة قد تقف لأكثر من ثلاثة أرباع الساعة في صفوف الانتظار
  الغرفة فيها راحة دخان مزعجة جدا جدا ولم يعترف الموظف بذلك ولم أستطع تغييرها
  طلبت مخدات نظيفة إضافية ولم أحصل عليها
  الثلاجة في الغرفة لاتعمل
