Look, I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to Villa TG on that narrow stretch of Markoz Sdjareli street, I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. The address sounds more complicated than it actually is (83 V, 3rd line – yeah, Georgian addressing takes some getting used to), but once you’re there, you realize you’ve stumbled onto something pretty special in Batumi.

This three-star place completely changed my expectations about what a mid-range hotel could be. I mean, that 9-point-something rating isn’t just inflated review nonsense – there’s real substance here. The owners clearly put thought into every detail, and you can feel it the moment you walk in. The lobby has this warm, almost residential feel that immediately makes you forget you’re staying in a hotel. What really got me was how quiet it stays, even though you’re still close enough to hear the city humming in the background. You know what I love about this area? You’re tucked away from the main tourist chaos, but honestly, it’s maybe a 10-minute walk to get right into the heart of everything Batumi offers.

The rooms themselves – well, they’re not trying to be something they’re not, which I actually appreciate. Clean lines, comfortable beds that don’t leave you with a backache, and windows that actually open (you’d be surprised how rare that’s becoming). I stayed during what locals call the shoulder season, and the staff genuinely seemed to care about making sure I had everything sorted. They know the neighborhood inside and out, which comes in handy when you’re trying to figure out where to grab decent khachapuri at 10 PM or which marshrutka actually goes where you need it to. The parking situation is way better than most places in this part of town – there’s space, and you don’t have to play musical cars every morning. Actually, the whole street stays pretty calm, so if you’re someone who needs proper sleep while traveling, this works. I’ve stayed in fancier places that kept me up all night with slamming doors and late-night lobby conversations, but Villa TG has this sort of residential calm that lets you actually rest. The breakfast area overlooks a small courtyard that catches morning light perfectly, and there’s something satisfying about starting your day there before heading out to explore what Batumi’s really about.

  فيلا قريبة من البحر، والإطلالة جدا رائعة، ومتوفر بها عدد غرف مناسب للعائلات الكبيرة، وعدد الحمامات مناسب، النظافة جيدة، غرفة المعيشة واسعة، فيها كل خدمات التي تتعلق بالطبخ والغسيل، وموقف للسيارات، ومسبح صغير، أصحابها متعاونين ومتفهمين، وأمينين، نسينا الجوال وتواصلوا معنا مباشرة.
  
  What could be improved: صعوبة الوصول للموقع لأول مرة، التكييف بالدرجة الأولى لم يكن مناسبا وقت النهار تفصل في بعض الأوقات، وأيضا الأسرة ليست مريحة بشكل جيد، وتوجد رائحة في بعض الغرف.

  这家特别推荐👍🏻我们对公寓很满意，公寓现代干净且大，有几个浴室和卫生间，很大的厨房餐厅和客厅😄院子还有一个游泳池👍🏻最特别的是从公寓院子后面小路，几分钟可以走到海边去拍日落👍🏻棒极了😃就是过铁路和马路一定注意安全！

  The hostess and the host were very peasant. Always ready to fix any issues immediately.
  The location is amazing, with fantastic views. It was 10 of us, with 3 kids. It was perfect for everyone with plenty of rooms and space.
  
  What could be improved: Being that we traveled in mid April, there were some ants in the bathrooms and on the balcony-but it was out of anyone's control and completely understandable. Plus the issue was resolved right away.

  كل شي ممتاز من نظافة وفوط وحمامات . . انتبه اخي الكريم موقع البيت يحتاج الى ارشاد من قبل صاحب البيت كأول مرة ….الموقع وسط البيوت الريفية تعيش اجواء اهل البلد …وهناك حوش صغير ممكن ايقاف السيارة به والبيت قريب من البحر تروح له مشي وتعامل صاحب البيت كان جيد

  Прекрасный дом с прекрасной хозяйкой! Уютно, чисто, есть все для размещения, не было никаких нареканий. Доброжелательная хозяйка, всегда была на связи, если возникали вопросы. Отмечу также красивый вид из окна на Батуми ☺️

  The house is very big and you have everything you need for a nice stay. The owner is very helpful, he waited for us and led us to the house.

  Нас было 7 человек, 2 семьи, дом вполне подойдёт и на 3 семьи. На каждом этаже по 3 спальни, на 2 этаже большая гостиная с диванами и кухня. В каждой спальне свой санузел, кондиционер и балкон, с которых прекрасные виды! Хозяева очень доброжелательны и максимально клиентоориентированны, всегда на связи. В одном санузле и в беседке на улице не горел свет, мы написали, в этот же день хозяин приехал и всё было отремонтировано!
  Всё чистое, постельное бельё, полотенца, посуда.
  До моря – 5 минут пешком по тропинке. Единственное неудобство – нужно перейти через ж/д пути и дорогу,, а в Грузии водители не очень любят пропускать пешеходов)).. Но для нас это было некритично. За то пляж практически без людей, море прекрасное!
  В окрестностях нет кафе, только магазины, возможно, кого-то это не устроит. Нам нравилось удалённость, в центр города мы ездили на такси, это совсем недорого, машины приезжают быстро, ехать минут 20.
  Мы очень довольны отдыхом и хотим вернуться в этот дом!
