I’ll be honest – I walked past Bellevue Residence Suites three times before realizing this was actually my hotel. The entrance is surprisingly understated for a four-star place, tucked right there on Rustaveli Avenue, but you know what? That turned out to be exactly what I loved about it. While everyone else was wrestling with their luggage at the flashier hotels down the street, I was already settled in with a glass of wine, watching the evening crowd stroll Batumi‘s main drag from my suite’s ridiculously large windows.

The suites themselves are genuinely spacious – and I mean actually spacious, not hotel-brochure spacious. My living area had this great sectional sofa where I could spread out my laptop and work, plus a proper kitchenette that I actually used (there’s a little grocery store just two blocks down if you want to grab breakfast supplies). The bedroom felt separate enough that it didn’t feel like I was living in one room, which honestly makes such a difference on longer stays. What really got me was the attention to small details – good lighting for reading, plenty of outlets in useful spots, and blackout curtains that actually block out the streetlights. The housekeeping staff clearly takes pride in their work too; everything was spotless without that overpowering chemical smell you get in some places.

Location-wise, you’re basically in the heart of everything without being stuck in tourist chaos. Rustaveli Avenue is Batumi’s main artery, so you’re a five-minute walk from the seaside boulevard and maybe ten minutes to the old town area. But here’s the thing locals know – this stretch of Rustaveli is just far enough from the beach that you don’t get the late-night party noise, but close enough that you can walk to dinner and actually find your way back. I particularly loved that there’s this tiny khachapuri place around the corner that doesn’t even have a sign – just follow your nose and the line of locals at lunchtime. The hotel staff was surprisingly helpful with these kinds of recommendations too, not just the obvious tourist spots. One minor heads-up though: if you’re driving, parking can get tight during summer evenings, but there’s usually space if you’re willing to walk a block or two. Overall, it’s the kind of place that feels like a solid choice rather than a compromise – comfortable, well-located, and run by people who clearly care about getting the details right.

  Everything! It was clean, comfortable, had absolutely everything tourists may need, the stuff was also welcoming and polite.
  
  What could be improved: I don’t think it was the property’s fault but during our last night the air conditioning system went a bit off and it was hot in every room. Maybe we just pressed wrong buttons but in any case I’m sure the stuff could have solved it, we just didn’t ask.

  The location is excellent, close to everything yet peaceful. Our apartment was clean, cozy, and had amazing views. We loved the spacious balcony and the modern, fast elevators, which made things super convenient.
  
  The staff were fantastic, always helpful and welcoming. A special shoutout to Melik at reception — she was especially kind and made our stay even more enjoyable.

  Excellent Apartment Hotel – Great Stay!
  
  We loved our stay at this modern and super clean apartment hotel. Everything felt new and fresh, with a stylish design. Our 5th-floor apartment had a beautiful balcony with a direct sea view – absolutely stunning!
  
  The place is fully equipped, including a washing machine, iron, drying rack, and a fully stocked kitchen with a dishwasher.
  
  The location is perfect – steps from the beach, across from a lovely lake and park, and right by the dolphinarium.
  
  Everything was spotless and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

  The apartment is located in one of the best areas of Batumi, with stunning views of both the sea and the lake. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The room was spotless, with a large terrace offering a fantastic view.
  
  It’s very close to the Hilton Hotel, and guests can benefit from some of the Hilton’s services. Everything you need was available in the room – including an iron, ironing board, and clothes rack.
  
  There’s a supermarket just a few steps away, and a cozy café nearby. The beach is right across the street, only a short walk away.
  
  Overall, a very pleasant and high-quality experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends!
  
  What could be improved: A few notes to keep in mind:
  • Housekeeping services such as room cleaning and towel replacement are not included in the base price and require an additional fee, which is relatively significant.
  • There was no complimentary tea or coffee available in the room.
  
  Despite these small issues, I would still definitely recommend this place and would love to return in the future.
