You know what caught me off guard about Sea View in Orbi City? The name actually delivers on its promise, which honestly doesn’t always happen in Batumi. I mean, I’ve stayed at plenty of “sea view” places where you need binoculars and a good imagination, but from most rooms here you can actually see the Black Sea stretching out toward the horizon – especially from the higher floors.

The location on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street is one of those spots that feels perfectly Batumi to me. You’re close enough to the action that you can walk to the Boulevard in about ten minutes (maybe fifteen if you stop for khachapuri along the way, which you absolutely should), but far enough from the main tourist chaos that you can actually get some sleep at night. The building itself has that slightly worn but charming feel that a lot of three-star properties in this part of Georgia have – it’s clean and comfortable without trying to be fancy about it. The lobby’s nothing special, but the staff genuinely seems to care about making sure you’re sorted, which goes a long way when you’re dealing with travel fatigue.

What I really appreciated was how the rooms feel bigger than you’d expect for the price point. The furnishing is simple but functional – decent beds, reliable wifi, and those little touches like proper reading lights that show someone was actually thinking about what travelers need. The bathrooms are compact but well-designed, and the water pressure is surprisingly good (trust me, that matters after a long day exploring the city’s humid streets). I stayed during shoulder season in late spring, and the air conditioning worked perfectly when the Georgian sun got a bit intense in the afternoons. The 9.3 rating makes sense to me – it’s not trying to be a luxury experience, but it absolutely nails what it is trying to do. Honestly, for the money, you’re getting solid value in a city where accommodation prices can be all over the map depending on the season and your luck with booking timing.

  The apartment was very clean and perfectly comfortable for 3 people. Everything was functioning well, and the sea view from the 16th floor was amazing. Using the elevator was never a problem. The owner was extremely helpful and polite – whenever we had any issue, he immediately responded and provided a solution. He truly helped us in every way, making our stay even better. Highly recommend!

  Отдыхали семьей. Оказалось, что я забронировала 2 номера в разных корпусах. Владельцы сами увидели мою ошибку и предоставили мне номера в одном корпусе. Была приятно удивлена, номера отличные ( чисто) , два ключа ( это, кстати. Очень важно в жаркие дни заходите в охлажденный номер ) близко к пляжу, рядом магазины и кафе. Цены доступные.
