I mean, you’re staying in what’s essentially a furnished apartment on the 21st floor, which honestly gives you some pretty spectacular views – hence the name, I suppose. The elevator ride up gives you time to mentally prepare for what you’re about to see, and trust me, it’s worth the anticipation. From up there, you can actually see the Black Sea stretching out like this endless blue carpet, especially if you catch it during sunset hours. The building itself isn’t the flashiest thing you’ll see in Batumi – this city has some seriously over-the-top architecture that’ll make your Instagram followers think you’re in Vegas – but there’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that focuses on substance over style.

What really won me over, though, was the practical stuff that actually matters when you’re traveling. The apartment setup means you’ve got a proper kitchen if you want to grab some fresh khachapuri from the local bakeries and eat it without paying hotel restaurant prices. The neighborhood around Sherif Khimshiashvili isn’t touristy in that overwhelming way – you’ll find actual Georgians going about their daily lives, which gives you a much more authentic feel of what Batumi is really like beyond the casino strips and beach clubs. I noticed the street gets pretty quiet in the evenings, which was perfect after spending days walking around the more hectic parts of the city. Parking can be a bit of an adventure (welcome to Batumi, honestly), but the location puts you within reasonable walking distance of both the old town charm and the newer beachfront developments. The 9.4 rating this place pulls in isn’t accidental – it’s one of those spots where the owners clearly care about getting the details right, even if they’re not shouting about luxury amenities every five minutes.

  El apartamento está bien y equipado. Se puede ir a la playa y al centro de forma fácil y cómoda.
  
  What could be improved: Aunque cuando utilizas los filtros de búsqueda aparece que hay parking no es cierto. En la inmediaciones tampoco se puede aparcar con facilidad. Si deseas dejar el coche en el parking debes añadir un coste de 40 GEL por día. Deberían advertirlo los responsables del alojamiento. No es posible pagar con tarjeta, hay que pagar en efectivo. Hay mucha gente en el edificio y los ascensores para subir y bajar se colapsan.
