The building itself is part of this newer development area, so everything feels fresh and well-maintained. You’re walking distance from Batumi Boulevard, which is perfect for those evening strolls, but you’re also close enough to the old town that you can explore the more authentic Georgian side of the city. The 8.6 rating makes total sense once you’ve stayed there – it’s that rare combination of excellent facilities, great location, and reasonable prices that actually delivers on its promises. Plus, and this might sound silly, but the elevators are fast and quiet, which you don’t realize matters until you’re staying somewhere with ancient, creaky ones. If you’re planning to spend more than a couple nights in Batumi, these apartments give you that home-away-from-home feeling while still having all the perks of proper hotel service.

  There was no breakfast, no service, bathroom was smelling bad, no shampoo given…..no body to reach out to for anything. it was a very very trashy place. Don't even think about going there. They only TAKE CASH which feels very very fishy.

  – manager ignores your messages, makes us wait for 20 minutes and gaslit us that she answered (by sending the message exact moment we complained)
  
  – room was very cold (but it's solved by heaters that was provided, so, bot so big deal)
  
  – the hair dryer was the cheapest that worked for 1-2 minutes and turned off overheating (needed to wait 5-7 minutes when it turns back)
  
  – the bathroom door was stuck (dislocated from hinges) and needed to the enormous strength to close and open
  
  – the bedsheet had stains!
  
  – the bedsheets needs the whole section: first, sheets where small in size then bed and couldn't be fixated and would move during night. Second, the blanket cover was smaller then the blanket itself and would not fit inside it and was very uncomfortable. The hotel cheaped out on smaller covers without even checking if it fits. Third, all bedsheets had very strong chlorine/clorax smell! We had to leave the blanket and cover in the balcony for the whole day and it didn't help! Very strong smell!

  What could be improved: First of all, I want you to know that the pictures in the listing is not the real pictures of this apartment.
  The room was in a terrible condition. Walls had cracks in it, the matrass had stains on it and bedsheets werent even big enough to cover the whole bed. There were pieces of hair leff on top of washing machine. She cuttlery had stains as well. But this wasn't even the main problem. The shower was clogged and we had to stand there and wait for an hour to get it fixed by the handiman and on top of that, they told us that the clean-up crew wouldn't be able to come to clean the bathroom after the fix till the next day.
  But the main problem was the owner. She never picked up her phone, even when the company was calling her, because the handyman needed a permission to resolve the clogged shower issue.
  She messeged us in viber, telling us that it was not her responsibility to make sure the room was in a good condition and that we were uncultured for calling her after her working hours (which wasn't specified anywhere).
