This five-star place on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street actually delivers on that ridiculously specific promise, and after spending time there, I sort of appreciate the brutal honesty upfront.

The thing about Batumi is that everyone claims sea views, but half the time you’re craning your neck around another building or squinting through someone’s laundry line. Not here though – they’ve got you sorted on a proper high floor where the Black Sea stretches out like it’s showing off just for you. I mean, the panorama really is something else, especially around sunset when the whole coastline lights up golden. The rooms themselves feel modern without being sterile, and honestly, the attention to detail surprised me. Little things like actually functional USB ports by the bed and blackout curtains that, well, actually black out the room – you’d be amazed how many places mess that up.

What I really appreciated was the location itself. You’re right in Block A, which puts you close enough to the action on Batumi Boulevard without dealing with the constant buzz of the main tourist strip. It’s maybe a seven-minute walk to the beach promenade, and there’s this great little Georgian bakery just around the corner that the locals actually use – always a good sign. The neighborhood gets quiet at night too, which is perfect if you’re not looking to party until dawn. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak summer season (July and August get absolutely packed), but the hotel staff actually knows the area well enough to point you toward the less obvious spots. The whole experience feels more thoughtful than your typical beachfront hotel – they clearly put effort into making sure you get exactly what they promised, no surprises or disappointments. For Batumi, where tourism can sometimes feel a bit rough around the edges, this place gets the details right.

  The apartment is ideally located at the front (not on the side!) with a beautiful panoramic front view of the sea and dancing fountains. I noticed some minor imperfections in the room, but given the great price, this can be accepted. Great price-quality ratio.

  THE VIEW! Front panorama is the biggest value of this apartment. Incredible sceneries, sunsets etc minimizes all the small imperfections that can be found in the apartment. Overall everything was functioning properly and we really enjoyed our stay.
  
  What could be improved: there are small imperfections regarding facilities, like broken soap holder in the shower, no ironing desk, no microwave, broken curtains etc. But all of this is not so important in my opinion, when you have such a great Panorama everyday out of your balcony.

  What could be improved: This is a point to improve – enable the boiler when new guests arrive. After check-in, we went outside to walk, returned at the night, and realized that there is no hot water because a) we have a boiler b) it was not enabled on 🙂

  Stunning views from the room! I miss that so much, it was increadible. The apartment was really fair and the owner absolutely helpful. The whole building is a highlight its own.
  
  What could be improved: Needs improve cleanliness, and immediately change the courtain with a thicker, since the sun light was getting inside room very early morning.
