The building has that slightly Soviet-era aesthetic that’s everywhere in this part of Georgia, but inside everything’s been updated thoughtfully – modern fixtures, good water pressure in the shower, air conditioning that actually cools the place down during those humid August evenings. The staff speaks enough English to help with practical stuff, but they’re not hovering around trying to upsell you on tours or restaurant recommendations every five minutes. I appreciated that low-key approach, honestly. From my window, I could see a slice of the sea between the buildings, which was a nice bonus I wasn’t expecting. The neighborhood has that lived-in feel where you’ll see families walking to school in the mornings and older folks chatting on benches in the evenings – it’s the real Batumi, not just the glitzy resort version. If you’re the type of traveler who wants to feel like you’re experiencing a place rather than just checking it off a list, this apartment setup works really well.

  Прекрасная квартира с большой террасой и шикарным видом на собор и Батуми. Очень уютно, чисто и комфортно всё, что нужно для отдыха, было в наличии. Особенно понравилось проводить вечера на террасе. Хозяин вежливый и всегда на связи. Спасибо за приятное пребывание, обязательно вернёмся!
