  מקום אירוח מדהים מרווח ונקי. אלכסנדר איש מיוחד ותמיד פנוי לשירותך להציע עזרה. סייע לנו בנסיכה משדה התעופה וגם בחזור ללא תמורה. הבעלים קשוב לכל בקשה ומסייע. מתאים למשפחות. יש את כל התנאים לשהות ממושכת. האיזור שקט ופסטורלי. במרחק נגיעה מהעיר. ממש שווה , הנאה מושלמת. הכל ירוק פריחה מדהימה של גינה מטופחת.

  Снимали с друзьями весь дом на выходные. Отличное место, до моря несколько минут ходьбы. Замечательный владелец. Большая кухня, есть все необходимое на большую компанию. Тепло и уютно. Рекомендуем )

  They best part of the accommodation was our friendly host Sasha and his wife. A part from that we really like the poolside and interior of the house.

  Отличное место! Супер дружелюбный хозяин, со всем помогал, встретил с вокзала, свозил за продуктами, отвёз на вокзал.
  Само место шикарное. Два бассейна, много места, большая мангальная зона.
  Нам немного не повезло с погодой, но это совсем не испортило отдых.

  Отличное расположение, легко приехать на такси из Батуми. Пляж в шаговой доступности, хороший бассейн и приветливый хозяин, помогал при любых вопросах. На территории есть беседка в небольшой бамбуковой роще.

  У дома красивая и большая территория. Бассейн, садовые качели, декоративный бассейн с водопадом, маленькая беседка в бамбуковой рощице. Большая зона для гриля с мангалом, мойкой и удобной беседкой.
  В доме сдается второй этаж, хозяева живут на первом. Внутри есть все необходимое: три просторные комнаты, гостиная, столовая и кухня. Вся необходимая посуда, полотенца, фен, утюг и гладильная доска.
  Из окон видно море и сад.
  Хозяин Александр супердружелюбный, всегда готов помочь. Встретил нас на минивене и отвез обратно в город.
  
  What could be improved: Горячая вода из бойлера, поэтому ее температура бывает нестабильна: то кипяток, то холодная. Дом расположен в глубине частного сектора и у таксистов бывают проблемы с поиском дороги.
