The apartments are spacious – I’m talking proper living areas where you can actually spread out, not those cramped hotel rooms where your suitcase becomes a permanent floor fixture. The kitchenettes are well-equipped too, which is clutch if you want to grab fresh khachapuri from the local bakeries and have breakfast on your balcony. The staff genuinely knows Batumi inside and out – they pointed me toward this incredible little wine bar tucked away in the old town that I never would have found otherwise. What I appreciated most was how they handled the practical stuff seamlessly. Parking wasn’t a nightmare (always a concern in Batumi’s busy areas), and the check-in process was refreshingly smooth even though I arrived during peak summer season.

The location really is the secret sauce here. You’re close enough to walk to the Alphabet Tower and the main boulevard where all the action happens, but when you want to retreat from the tourist crowds, you can slip back to your apartment and actually relax. The building itself has that modern Georgian architecture that somehow doesn’t clash with the neighborhood’s character – sort of sleek but not sterile, if that makes sense. I stayed during July when Batumi gets pretty lively, and while you can hear the distant hum of the city, it never felt intrusive. The sea breeze helps too – there’s something about that coastal air that just makes everything feel more relaxed. If you’re planning to explore beyond Batumi, the aparthotel works as a solid base since you’re well-connected to transport links, but honestly, you might find yourself wanting to linger longer than planned just to soak up more of those sea views.

  What could be improved: Our stay was disappointing due to poor customer service and misleading information about the property.
  The bathroom, in particular, was in unacceptable condition: there was a lot of mould in the shower cabin, water was leaking onto the bathroom tiles, and racks inside the shower were missing. And this room was the second we saw, as the first one was in a worse state (so we had to refuse that one).
  On top of that, our key card got deactivated twice during the stay, forcing us to waste time waiting in line at the building reception just to get it reactivated. The worst part was when the water supply to our room was cut off because the host had not paid the utility bills on time. Water was only reinstated around midnight after the host finally settled the payment. Just crazy!
  Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised, and we would not recommend this property.

  Location is very good and busy.
  
  What could be improved: The lifts are crowded and there is a long waiting time. The apartment was tiny and not clean. It was loud and we actually changed accommodation because of the unacceptable conditions. There is many better options in old Batumi. The minimum would be to provide a clean apartment.

  Понравилась чистота(не считая следов обуви на стене,но видно что размер ноги детский, с этим ничего не сделать, это дети) , вид из окна, в апартах не было неприятных запахов, всё было исправно, комфортная кровать и комплектация апартаментов, была даже электроплита
