The check-in was refreshingly straightforward too – no lengthy speeches about amenities, just keys and genuine recommendations about local spots.

The 8.9 rating makes sense when you spend a few days there. It’s not perfect – the WiFi can be a bit spotty in the evenings when everyone’s online, and the hot water takes a minute to kick in – but honestly, these are minor things when you’re waking up to that sea view every morning. The neighborhood has this great mix of local cafes and family-run restaurants that tourists haven’t really discovered yet. There’s this little bakery about three blocks down that opens at 6 AM, and the owner will wave at you after you’ve been there twice. During peak season (July and August), the area gets busier but never feels crowded like the main hotel district does. If you’re the type who likes having space to breathe but still wants easy access to Batumi’s nightlife and beach scene, this place hits that sweet spot perfectly.

  The view from the room was grate and facilities inside.
  
  What could be improved: Its pitty the wifi was not really working during 2 days of stay and after the booking we recieved a call saying breakfast is not anymore served. You do not get the exact room number or address until couple of hours of your arrival as they have 200 rooms and which one will be ready for you they do not know in advance , then you need to arrive to a 5th floor and do a very long check in process
