The check-in was smooth – no standing around waiting while they fumble with reservation systems.

What really got my attention though was stepping into one of their suites. This is definitely a five-star setup, but it doesn’t feel stuffy or overdone. The spaces are genuinely spacious (which isn’t always a given in Batumi, honestly), and they’ve thought through the little things that matter when you’re actually living in a place for a few days. The kitchenettes are properly equipped – not just for show – and the bathrooms have that rainfall shower situation that actually works well. The beds? Look, I’m picky about mattresses, and these are spot-on firm without being rock hard. You’ll sleep well here.

Location-wise, you’re positioned perfectly for exploring without being stuck in the tourist chaos down by the boulevard. It’s about a ten-minute walk to the beach area, but you’re close enough to some really good local restaurants that the tour groups haven’t discovered yet. The building itself is quiet – I was worried about street noise, but the windows do their job well. Parking isn’t a nightmare either, which anyone who’s driven around Batumi during summer will appreciate. What I really liked was how the place feels residential rather than hotel-corporate, if that makes sense. You get the luxury touches and reliable service, but it doesn’t feel like you’re staying in some generic international chain. The staff knows the neighborhood and can point you toward the good stuff – the bakery around the corner that opens early, which metro marshrutka lines to avoid during rush hour, that sort of local intel that actually matters. I’d definitely come back here, and that’s saying something because I’m usually ready to try somewhere new.

  Great place to stay!! The location is perfectly located near beautiful batumi Beach. This was our second trip to Batumi and wanted to stay in this area but had a difficult time finding a place that's dog friendly as we had our two corgis traveling with us. We spent our anniversary here and it was perfect. It was quiet and so easy to get to everything. If we're back in the area, we will definitely stay here again.

  The view was gorgeous both the ocean and the city. The balcony was huge and the place is spacious. The only comment was the bathroom could’ve been a little bit bigger

  Excellent location, I highly recommend it, right next to the famous orbi hotel and the unmissable photo with Shartava street access to the beach in front, a parking lot around the corner from the room.
  
  Despite being in a very busy area, the noise does not bother you. You can rest very well. A very cozy place.
  
  Reception staff was very attentive and gave us a series of recommendations on arrival, meals and night entertainment.
