  I liked the fact it had a washing machine and the balcony from the 37th floor had a nice view of the beach. The a/c and Wifi were very good.
  
  What could be improved: The checkin experience was not professional, cash only payment to some random unfriendly guy in a different apartment. The lift situation in the building is a disgrace- sometimes waiting 20 mins for a lift. The toilet was hanging off the wall, and the building & apartment did not match the pictures at all. Unless you’re a Russian party animal who only wants to go to the beach then this is the wrong place – I wish I’d got a nice hotel in the old town.
