Season Suite Apart-Hotel Overview
I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Season Suite Apart-Hotel, I wasn’t sure what to expect from a place on the 33rd floor of some building in Batumi. But you know what? Sometimes the best surprises come from the most unlikely spots. This four-star apartment hotel sits way up in the Dar Building on Zhiuli Shartava Street, and I mean way up – the elevator ride alone gives you time to think about your life choices. But once those doors open, the views hit you like a slap of Black Sea breeze, and suddenly you understand why they built this thing so high.
The suites themselves actually feel like proper apartments, not those cramped hotel rooms where you’re tripping over your suitcase every five minutes. You’ve got real kitchen space (and I mean real – not just a mini-fridge and a prayer), separate living areas, and these floor-to-ceiling windows that make you feel like you’re floating above the city. The furnishing is modern without being sterile, if that makes sense. During my stay, I spent way too much time just watching the city wake up below – honestly, it’s better than TV. The staff here gets that you’re not just passing through for a night; they treat you more like a temporary resident than a tourist, which I really appreciated. Check-in was smooth, though I’d recommend arriving during daylight hours your first time because finding the right entrance in the Dar Building can be a bit of a treasure hunt after dark.
What really sold me on this place, though, is how it sits in the sweet spot of Batumi life. You’re not stuck in some tourist bubble, but you’re also not so far out that getting anywhere becomes a project. The neighborhood has this lived-in feeling – actual Georgians going about their business, little shops that stay open late, the kind of street life that makes a city feel real. And honestly, for what you get – the space, the views, the location – the value is pretty solid. I’ve stayed in plenty of traditional hotels that charge more for way less room and a view of a parking lot. The only thing I’d warn you about is that Georgian hospitality runs deep here, so don’t be surprised if the staff remembers your coffee order after two days and starts asking about your family. It’s that kind of place.

Very good – Husam from Kuwait – August 10, 2025 (9/10)
The room was clean, the location is very good for me and many supermarkets and resturants around, the location on the main street so it was easy to find a taxi
What could be improved: The wifi signal is weak, the entrance was behind the building without clear signsVery Good – Basem from Bahrain – August 1, 2025 (8/10)
The reception located at the 33 floor, and only one disadvantage : (only two elevates seved the hotel )

Spacious and fresh
What could be improved: When we asked to replace clothes dryer because our collapsed, we were told we broke it and have to pay for it. But issue was easily fixable when i checked that old partly rusty dryer… to their favour they apologizedWonderful – Sachin from India – June 12, 2025 (9/10)
Rooms were spacious with a large living room and all amenities required for a comfortable stay.
What could be improved: Not really a complaint but access to the hotel is somewhat tricky as it is located on 33rd floor or a building. However the staff was very helpful in locating the property. It was pleasant 😊😊😊 – Muhammad from United Arab Emirates – May 31, 2025 (9/10)
Break fast was really good n staff was friendly
Wonderful – Lasse from Denmark – May 14, 2025 (9/10)
I liked the staff and breakfast.
Hotel rooms nice and clean.
What could be improved: It was very noisy from the traffic below. The cars and motorcycles made a lot of noise especially in the evening and night.
Only the very last contact with staff was surprisingly bad. As I had checked out at noon but left the luggage for later until my departure in the evening. When I came back in the evening to pick it up I asked to use the toilet in the bar but it was refused to me at first. I was told I was checked out and couldn’t use the facilities anymore. On top of that the receptionist seemed reluctant to help with taxi. Although she did it. But seemed liked it wasn’t something she wanted to help with.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was tasty, room was spacious and comfortable.
They gave us late check out because of the issue with massage.
What could be improved: There wasn't safe deposit.
Masseur didn't come, and didn't notify us in advance about the cancellation.
One of the lamps was not lit.Would certainly stay again – Smart_is_art from Bahrain – November 6, 2024 (9/10)
Great value for money, helpful and friendly 24/7 attentive reception staff. Clean serviced apartments, everything you need for long/short stay.
What could be improved: Weak water shower, noise in windy weather.
