  Близость к морю и пляжу. Меньше 200м от выхода из подъезда до входа в море. Можно ходить плавать не оставаясь на пляже.
  Общественный транспорт ходит в Старый город Батуми довольно часто и на поездку уходит минут 15-20 (5-6 км).
  Квартира типа "студия" (площадь маленькая, но есть все необходимое).
  Сто метров до Базарной площади Махинджаури, где 4 супермаркета, несколько пекарен, базар на развалах, прочие магазины, аптеки и ресторан.
  
  What could be improved: Вместо второй кровати странный диван. Он просто неудобный, что сидеть на нём, что спать.

  Быстро отвечали на сообщения, быстро решали проблему, если возникала.
  Море рядом, магазины рядом….до центра доехать недалеко..

  Вежливый отзывчивый персонал – показали все возможные варианты комнат. Неплохой вид из окна, удобное расположение довольно близко к пляжу.
  
  What could be improved: Многие вещи нужно буквально подкрутить – держатели для занавески и лейки душа, раковину к тумбе на кухне.
  Электроплита начинает плохо работать при включении двух конфорок. Посуда для готовки частично пошкрябана.

  Отличное место для отдыха. Есть всё что нужно чтобы хорошо провести время.
  Удобное расположение – море и набережная, магазины и рестораны.

  Хорошая квартира в пригороде Батуми , из окна вид на море (мы жили на 12 этаже). Пляж рядом. Свежий воздух, под окном птички поют. До центра можно доехать на маршрутке, ездят они очень часто. Можно также недорого доехать в центр Батуми на такси. Нам все понравилось. Спасибо хозяевам апартаментов за гостеприимство.

  Заселение прошло максимально быстро. В квартире есть все что необходимо для проживания.
  Тихое спокойное место. Рядом есть сетевые магазины, рестораны, остановка транспорта. Ну и море через дорогу.
