I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Real Palace Studio tucked away on Pirosmani Street, I wasn’t expecting much from a three-star place. But you know what? Sometimes the smaller spots completely surprise you, and this little gem absolutely did that.

The location is actually pretty brilliant if you know Batumi at all. Pirosmani Street isn’t one of those touristy strips where you’re dodging crowds every time you step outside, but you’re still close enough to everything that matters. I mean, you can walk to the Boulevard and the beach in maybe ten minutes, and there’s this great little khachapuri place just around the corner that the locals hit up for breakfast – honestly, their cheese bread is better than what I had at some of the fancier hotel restaurants. The building itself is Block C, which sounds sort of sterile, but it’s actually part of this newer development that feels more residential than hotel-ish, if that makes sense.

What really got me about this place was how thoughtfully everything was set up. The studio layout is smart – not huge, but they’ve used every inch well, and there’s actually enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. The kitchenette isn’t just for show either; I actually cooked a couple meals there, and everything worked properly (you’d be surprised how often that’s not the case). The bed was comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up with that hotel back pain, and the bathroom had decent water pressure – small things, but they matter when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two. I stayed during shoulder season, so it was pretty quiet, though I imagine it gets busier in summer when everyone’s hitting the coast.

The staff really knows their stuff too – they’re not just reciting scripts about amenities. When I asked about getting to the cable car, the guy at reception didn’t just point me toward a map; he actually walked outside and showed me the shortcut through the side streets that cuts about fifteen minutes off the walk. That kind of local knowledge makes a difference. Parking was straightforward too, which is worth mentioning because some parts of Batumi can be a real headache for that. The whole experience felt more like staying at a well-run guesthouse than a typical hotel, and honestly, that worked for me. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you’re getting genuine value rather than paying for a bunch of services you won’t use.

  Property is about 10-15 minutes walk away from the beach. Around the house you can find anything you need : market / pharmacy and etc. I recommend you to stay there🙏🏻

  Very clean, warm, spacious and comfortable apartment in an excellent location.
  Best of all it is very quiet at night.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing I would suggest is that the host provides at least one bottle of water because tap water in Batumi is not potable and when you check in and it rains it can be tricky to get to the supermarket in time to quench your thirst.
