The rooms are clean and comfortable without any fancy pretensions – decent Wi-Fi, hot water that actually stays hot, and these surprisingly good blackout curtains that’ll save your life if you’re dealing with jet lag. The breakfast setup is simple but fresh, with proper Georgian bread and this amazing honey they get from somewhere local. Actually, here’s something I loved: there’s this little courtyard area where you can sit with your morning coffee, and you get these glimpses of everyday Batumi life – neighbors chatting over balconies, kids heading to school, the whole rhythm of the city waking up.

Look, I’m not going to pretend this is luxury accommodation, and honestly, the elevator makes some concerning noises that’ll have you questioning your life choices. But for the price point and the genuine local feel, Seaside Collection hits this sweet spot where you feel like you’re experiencing authentic Batumi without sacrificing basic comfort. Plus, you’re walking distance from both the old town’s cobblestone charm and the newer beachfront developments, so you can bounce between traditional Georgian culture and seaside resort vibes depending on your mood. If you’re the type of traveler who values character and location over thread count and marble bathrooms, this place will probably surprise you in the best way.

  Чисто, уютно, в целом все отлично! Новые компактные апартаменты по прекрасной цене. Есть все необходимое для жилья. Рекомендую!
  
  What could be improved: Очень большая суматоха на 1 этаже, каждый раз битва за лифт – это обычное дело для Орби. Парковку найти тоже нереально в сезон, будьте к этому готовы.

  Great hosts, nice location and everything is nearby. It was really clean and all necessary items were available. The host kindly allowed to check out a bit later so we didn’t have to wander with the suitcases.
  
  What could be improved: The lift takes ages to arrive and it’s always crowded. As we were checking out, we couldn’t use the stairs (16th floor) , so we waited for lift for an hour . It’s a very party place so the neighbours are extremely loud and the street is loud as well while the balcony door doesn’t shut properly.
