  The location is spot on for seeing the sights of Batumi. Right in the heart of the action. Lovely, helpful hosts who made the checking in easy even at short notice when we were let down by the hotel of our original booking via booking dot com as they had overbooked. Comfortable, spacious room with great balcony onto Europe Square. Spotlessly clean. Of course in the heart of the action means late nights and noise from the tourists on the square but hey ho that's inevitable. Wifi good. Nice to have the hob in the kitchen area. Lots of hot water. Air con and fridge working well. Tastefully furnished.
  
  What could be improved: Only criticism is that there's no safety rail on steps up to apartment which has unprotected drop and door lock in that internal area tricky to use as it has the wrong barrel.

  The place is very clean and owners are very lovely. The location is perfect, because every great sightseeing of Batumi is near you and you barely even need a car to go somewhere. Everything was clean, wifi was good.
  
  What could be improved: It’s located at the one of the noisiest place in Batumi, where people are having fun and listening to music all night long. For a tourist it’s a perfect place to really experience Batumi.
