You know what really struck me about Elen’s Bi Residence? It’s one of those places that completely defies your expectations based on the name alone. I’ll be honest, when I first saw “Bi Residence” I wasn’t quite sure what to make of it, but after staying there, I think it’s actually a clever play on “big residence” – and that’s exactly what this feels like.

The location on Rejeb Nizharadze Street is actually pretty brilliant if you know Batumi at all. You’re literally a five-minute walk from the boulevard and the beach, but you’re tucked away on this quieter residential street where you won’t hear the late-night party crowds stumbling back from the casinos. I mean, three-star places in this area usually either stick you right in the chaos or way out in the suburbs, so this spot hits that sweet middle ground perfectly. The building itself has this modern apartment-style setup – honestly, it feels more like staying in a friend’s well-appointed flat than a traditional hotel, which I actually loved.

What really sets this place apart is the attention to detail that you just don’t expect at this price point. The rooms are genuinely spacious (and I’m not just saying that because I’m used to cramped European hotel rooms), with these big windows that let in tons of natural light. The kitchenettes are actually functional – I made coffee every morning and even cooked a simple dinner one night with ingredients from the nearby market. Speaking of which, there’s this little grocery store about two blocks down that locals use, and the woman who runs it makes the most incredible khachapuri if you ask nicely. But back to the hotel – the Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building, the hot water is reliable (trust me, this matters in Georgia), and they’ve got this small but perfectly clean laundry area that saved me from packing half my wardrobe.

The staff genuinely seems to care about what they’re doing. Elena, who I think might be the owner or at least the main manager, remembers your name and actually gives useful local recommendations – not the touristy stuff, but real suggestions like which marshrutka to take to get to the botanical garden without getting ripped off, or where to find the best wine that isn’t marked up for tourists. Check-in was smooth, and they were flexible when my flight got delayed and I arrived way later than planned. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the street can get a bit noisy in the early morning when the delivery trucks start making their rounds, but honestly, by Batumi standards, this is pretty quiet. If you’re looking for that perfect balance of being close to everything without paying boulevard prices or dealing with boulevard noise, this place really delivers.

  Хорошая новая квартира, укомплектована всей необходимой техникой и посудой: есть стиральная машина, микроволновая печь, утюг, телевизор, холодильник, быстрый интернет. Чистота идеальная. Рядом с домом есть кафе, магазины, торговый центр Metro city недалеко.

  Fabelhaft! Sie haben freundlicherweise einen Transfer vom/zum Flughafen für uns organisiert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich, hell und sauber, entspricht den Fotos. Es gibt alles, was sie für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt brauchen. Sehr bequemes Bett. Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die Heizung in der Wohnung, die es angenehm warm machte.
  Nur 30 Meter von der Promenade und dem Meer entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es Geschäfte, Cafés, Apotheken und einen Park. Die Gastgeber sind gastfreundlich, sie haben uns alles erzählt, uns alles gezeigt und uns Tipps zu Ausflügen gegeben👍 wir waren sehr zufrieden! Wir empfehlen, hier zu übernachten, wenn sie bequem und ohne zusätzlichen Aufwand entspannen möchten😊. Wir kommen im Sommer auf jeden Fall wieder🤗
  R.S. Bemerkenswert ist das Vorhandensein eines Innenpools, einer Sauna und eines Fitnessstudios in der Anlage.

  Не первый раз в Батуми , снимала разные апартаменты по работе, но эта квартира запомнилась больше всего, потому что опрятная , чистая , светлая необыкновенно. Вся какая- то нарядная . Правда этаж невысокий , но это даже лучше – не ждешь лифт. Все , что нужно было для проживания – все было – посуда , белье , полотенца, фен, утюг. Рядом с домом хороший парк, прогулочные дорожки и самое главное море- в шаговой доступности. Рекомендую всем.
