Sometimes the best finds are the ones that don’t scream “tourist hotel” from the moment you walk in. This three-star setup on Zurab Gorgiladze Street actually turned out to be one of those pleasant surprises that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something the guidebooks missed.

The thing about this place is that it sits right in the heart of where actual Georgians live and work, which means you’re getting a genuine slice of Batumi life rather than the polished tourist bubble. I mean, your neighbors are locals heading to work in the morning, not just other travelers comparing Instagram shots. The apartment itself – flat 243b, if you’re keeping track – has this lived-in comfort that you just don’t get in standard hotels. The kitchen actually works (I made coffee every morning), there’s proper space to spread out your stuff, and honestly, after weeks of cramped hotel rooms, having a real living area felt like luxury. Sure, it’s not going to win any design awards, but everything you need is there, and it’s clean and functional in that no-nonsense Georgian way.

What really sold me on the place, though, was how it connects you to the neighborhood. There’s this little bakery about two blocks down that locals line up at every morning around 8 AM – the khachapuri there is absolutely incredible, and I never would have found it staying in the tourist district. The building itself is pretty typical for this part of town, which means it can get a bit lively in the evenings (Georgian families aren’t exactly quiet), but it settles down after 10 PM most nights. Parking can be a bit of an adventure – this is old Batumi, so the streets weren’t exactly designed for everyone to have a car – but there’s usually something within a block or two. The whole experience just feels more authentic than those big seaside hotels where you could honestly be anywhere in the world. If you’re the type who wants to actually experience how a city lives and breathes, rather than just see it from a tour bus window, this kind of setup is perfect.

  Отличное расположение: пляж, туристические места, кафе, магазины возле дома.
  Апартаменты расположены на 10 этаже, есть лифт. С балкона видно все современные отели, которые красиво подсвечены ночью. Видно море, можно встретить закат прямо из дома. Пляж общедоступный: галька, есть в аренду за 5 лари зонтики и лежаки.
  Фото аппартаментов соответствуют. Мы отдыхали семьёй с двумя детьми+бабушка.
  Отдельная спальня и два раскладных дивана в студии. Нет неприятных запахов.
  Достаточное количество посуды для приготовления еды, столовых приборов хватало.
  Внизу круглосуточные магазины со всем необходимым. Много кафе. Есть грузинская, славянская кухня. Рядом дельфинарий и аквариум.
  
  У нас был ранний заезд (в 7 утра) и поздний выезд (в 3 дня). Быстро встретили и проводили. Дополнительная оплата не потребовалась.
  Рекомендую для отдыха.

  Отличные апартаменты, подходят для большой семьи, есть всё необходимое (оборудованная кухня, стиральная машина)! Вид с балкона на море, хороший район, рядом кафе, магазины, аптека, маленький зоопарк и Детские аттракционы! Идти до набережной 2 минуты.
