You know what caught me off guard about BATUMI BOULEVARD RESORT? I was expecting something pretty standard when I pulled up to Lech and Maria Kaczynski Street, but this place actually has some character to it. I mean, it’s a three-star property, so I wasn’t looking for luxury, but honestly the location alone makes it worth considering if you’re planning to spend time in Batumi.

The thing is, you’re literally a stone’s throw from the boulevard – and I’m not exaggerating here. Step out the front entrance and you can practically hear the Black Sea calling. What I really appreciated was how the staff seemed to actually know the area. When I asked about getting to the old town, the guy at reception didn’t just point vaguely down the street; he told me exactly which marshrutka to catch and warned me that the evening crowds can get pretty thick near the fountain shows. That’s the kind of local insight that makes a difference, you know? The rooms themselves are clean and functional – nothing fancy, but the air conditioning works properly (crucial during Batumi’s humid summers), and I slept well despite being concerned about street noise. Actually, the windows do a decent job of keeping things quiet, though you’ll still catch some traffic sounds if you’re a really light sleeper.

What really sold me on this place was the morning routine. There’s this little balcony area where you can grab coffee and actually see the sea between the buildings – it’s not a full ocean view, but it’s something. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the elevator music is refreshingly normal. I’ve stayed in places where they blast traditional Georgian folk songs at 7 AM, which is… a lot. Here it’s just pleasant background stuff. The breakfast isn’t going to win any awards, but they do this decent khachapuri that hits the spot, and the fruit is usually pretty fresh. I’d say the biggest downside is parking – there’s street parking available, but during peak season (July and August especially) you might find yourself circling the block a few times. Also, the WiFi can get spotty in the evenings when everyone’s streaming, but it’s reliable enough for basic stuff. Look, if you’re the type who needs a pool and room service, this probably isn’t your spot. But if you want a solid base for exploring Batumi without breaking the bank, and you appreciate being close to both the waterfront action and the cable car up to the botanical gardens, then honestly, you could do a lot worse than this place.

  Роскошные апартаменты с чистым, красивым и стильным ремонтом. Все довольно новое. Есть ВСЕ необходимое: от белья и полотенец до ватных палочек 🙂 Расположение хорошее, в новом районе, народу не так как в центре, потише и комфортнее ) самый большой плюс – собственный бассейн в ЖК. Места всегда есть, народу на удивление не так много. Пляж в шаговом доступе, крупная галька, можно прямо на камнях лежать и загорать 🙂 немного народу. Прямо в доме магазин, рестораны (есть очень дорогие с не очень хорошими отзывами, но vartsiche marani очень понравился и по качеству, и по цене, очень вкусная еда, большие порции).
  Заселение бесконтактное, менеджер всегда на связи. На ресепшен тоже всегда готовы помочь по любому вопросу 👍 доступная охраняемая парковка, 15 лари за 3 суток
  
  What could be improved: В душевой сыровато, вытекает вода и ее некуда деть, слив только в кабинке. И в подъезде на этаже у порога тоже всегда какая-то лужа, скользко и грязновато.
  Посудомойка не работала, но нам в принципе не понадобилась.

  Тихий район около аэропорта. Вид во двор на бассейн и море. Не солнечная сторона, поэтому очень комфортно. Во дворе огромный бассейн, людей не много. Море в 5 минутах ходьбы. В апартаментах все необходимое: плита, холодильник, стиральная машина, приборы, посуда, фен, утюг, стиральный порошок в наличии, даже зубные шутки с пастой и ватные диски и палочки были. Стилизована в бирюзовых цветах, видно что с душой подошли к обустройству апартаментов. Супер вид с балкона на море. Пляж почти безлюдный, что для меня плюс.

  Комфортные апартаменты, идеальная чистота, хорошее постельное белье, достаточное количество полотенец. Отзывчивый хозяин, была на связи 24/7, видна клиентоориентированность. Буду рекомендовать знакомым, сюда хочется вернуться еще раз.

  I really liked the apartment, it has a stunning view on the sunset over the sea from the balcony. The property is well equipped with everything you might need, a pleasant surprise of chocolates and lemonade was waiting for us on the table, which was very kind of the host (just what we needed after 3 hrs drive):) I used the washing machine and the iron as well as the kitchenette to prepare lunches. The bed was comfy. I also really liked the location of the building on the boulevard which was perfect for a relaxing beach holiday as it was away from the busy city centre yet easily reachable by car. If you don't wish to stay in a hotel, this is a perfect choice for Batumi!
