The thing about staying here is that you’re genuinely in the thick of things without feeling overwhelmed by tourist chaos. Angisa Street itself is one of those local arteries where actual life happens – I mean, there’s a fantastic little bakery just two blocks down that locals hit up every morning around 7 AM (trust me on the khachapuri). The hotel sits close enough to the Boulevard and the beach that you can easily walk there, but far enough back that you’re not dealing with the constant hum of seaside crowds when you’re trying to sleep. Actually, the rooms are surprisingly quiet for being so central – whoever designed this place understood that sometimes you need to retreat from Batumi’s energy, which can be pretty intense during summer months.

What really won me over was how the staff seemed to actually know their city. The woman at reception (I think her name was Nino?) didn’t just hand me a generic tourist map – she marked specific spots based on what I mentioned I was interested in. When I said I wanted to find good Georgian wine that wasn’t tourist-priced, she directed me to this unassuming place about six blocks away where bottles cost half what they do near the casino district. The rooms themselves are clean and functional without trying too hard to be fancy. The beds are actually comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the bathrooms have decent water pressure – which, if you’ve traveled around Georgia much, you know isn’t always a given. There’s free Wi-Fi that works reliably, though honestly, being in Batumi, you’ll probably want to spend most of your time wandering around anyway. The breakfast is simple but solid – fresh bread, local cheese, good coffee. Nothing Instagram-worthy, but it gets you going in the morning. I stayed here during shoulder season in late September, and the whole experience felt relaxed and genuine in a way that some of the flashier places closer to the water just don’t manage.

  Отдыхала две недели в сентябре. Понравилось абсолютно всё: расположение, интернет, свежий ремонт, вся техника в идеальном состоянии, достаточное количество красивой посуды, удобный матрас, просторно и чисто. В пешей доступности и пляж, и магазины. Хозяин очень гостеприимный. Был настолько любезен, что рано утром после выселения отвёз на вокзал. Я не первый раз в Батуми, и это было лучшее жилье за все время. Обязательно выберу эти апартаменты, если приеду ещё раз.

  Огромное Спасибо хозяину Бердия!!!!Очень добропорядочный гостепреимный хозяин встретил,апарты как на фото : идеально все красиво и чисто!! все удобства необходимые для проживания и отдыха!!пляж в 3-5 мин от дома !!!Район тихий и спокойный, немного дальше от центра забитого людьми и машинами и одновременно все рядом, понравилось надеюсь еше вернемса!!!!ბერდია ძმაო დიდი მადლობა!!
