You know what really surprised me about Batumi Appartments? The location on Sherif Khimshiashvili Street is honestly perfect if you want to feel like you’re actually living in Batumi rather than just visiting it. I mean, you’re tucked away in this residential neighborhood that feels completely authentic, but you can still walk to the main tourist strips along the coast in maybe fifteen minutes – twenty if you’re taking your time and stopping for coffee.

The thing about this three-star place is that it doesn’t try to be something it’s not, and I actually respect that. The apartments (they’ve got both 53 and 53a, so there are options) have this lived-in comfort that you just don’t get in those sterile hotel rooms downtown. The kitchen setup is genuinely useful – I actually cooked breakfast a few times, which saved me quite a bit since Batumi’s restaurant prices can add up quickly during peak season. The beds are solid, the WiFi works without those annoying dropouts every ten minutes, and honestly, the whole vibe just feels relaxed. No one’s hovering around trying to upsell you on spa treatments or city tours you don’t want.

What I loved most was how quiet it gets at night, especially compared to the chaos near the boulevard where all the casinos and beach clubs are pumping music until dawn. You’ll hear some local life – neighbors chatting on their balconies, maybe some Georgian music drifting from someone’s kitchen – but it’s the kind of background noise that actually helps you sleep rather than keeping you up. The building itself has that slightly worn but well-maintained feel that a lot of residential places in this part of Georgia have, and parking isn’t the nightmare it can be closer to the old town. I mean, you might have to walk a block or two depending on the day, but that beats circling for thirty minutes like I did when I stayed near Europe Square last year. The whole experience just felt more genuine, you know? Less like being processed through a tourism machine and more like you’re getting a real taste of how people actually live here.

  The best equipped apartment we have ever stayed in. Absolutely everything we needed was there. The apartment was clean, the rooms are comfortable, the apartment had a nice balcony. The grocery store was in the same building. The beach was a 5 minute walk, restaurants and shops nearby. Batumi Mall (shopping center) is within walking distance. The bus stop was right there, if you needed to go to the city center. The hostess was very hospitable. Everything was super 🙂

  Прекрасное расположение, 2 шага и ты на замечательной набережной! На первом этаже столовая с приличной едой , есть супермаркет и круглосуточный продуктовый магазин. По набережной пешком можно дойти до всех основных достопримечательностей (минут 30-40 спокойным шагом).
  В квартире чисто , уютно, есть все необходимое (когда путешествуешь с семьей, это особенно важно). В квартире даже был стиральный порошок!! Я не говорю про все предметы на кухне и даже соль и сахар! Хозяйка Наталья -умница! Видно, что здесь заботятся об отдыхающих! Квартира вживую намного лучше, чем на фото в букинге! В следующем году хочу вновь приехать и остаться в этом же месте !
  
  What could be improved: Небольшой минус , приходилось перезапускать вайфай (периодически скорость падала) , но это такие мелочи по сравнению со всем остальным !

  Отзывчивая хозяйка. Всегда была на связи, отвечала на возникшие вопросы и присылала информацию про интересные мероприятия в городе. Чистая квартира. Хороший ремонт. Есть все необходимое для проживания кроме туалетной бумаги :).
  
  What could be improved: В одной из комнат нет окон. Окна спальни выходят на открытое летнее кафе, где почти каждую ночь очень громко (песни, крики, громкие разговоры посетителей). Было тяжело уснуть. Снимали номер посуточно и хотелось бы, чтобы все заявленное на букинге (в т.ч. туалетная бумага) было в нашем распоряжении. Когда спросили у хозяйки про бумагу, она ответила, что бумага только на первые дни, потом покупайте сами. До этого во всех снимаемых апартаментах всегда все было в наличии на заявленное количество суток. Неудобная скрипучая кровать в спальне. Не хватало верхнего матраса. Освещение в маленькой комнате недостаточное

  Прекрасная квартира: чисто, просторно, уютно, на кухне есть всё необходимое (кроме штопора:)), чудесный балкон. Проживанием остались очень довольны.
  
  What could be improved: Просто будущим отдыхающим на заметку: в высокий сезон в этом районе Батуми очень много народу и очень шумно до глубокой ночи: так что, если вы любите тихий спокойной отдых, лучше искать другое место.

  eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung. Ausstattung 🔝, da geben sich die Besitzer wirklich Mühe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Lage ist top- das Meer ist schnell zu erreichen, Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Bäcker, Kantine gleich unten.
