But walking up Sherif Khimshiashvili Street to the entrance, you actually can see why they went with it. The sea views from the upper floors are legitimately spectacular, and there really is “more” – way more space than you’d expect from most places in Batumi.

This five-star aparthotel sits in this interesting spot where you’re close enough to the main tourist strip along the boulevard to walk everywhere, but far enough back that you’re not dealing with the constant foot traffic and street noise that can drive you crazy during peak summer season. The apartments themselves feel like someone actually thought about how people live – proper kitchenettes with decent appliances (I mean, you can actually cook a real meal if you want), separate living areas, and these great balconies where I spent way too much time with morning coffee watching the Black Sea do its thing. The Wi-Fi is solid throughout, which honestly matters more than hotels want to admit these days.

What really impressed me was how the staff seemed to know Batumi beyond just the hotel walls. When I asked about finding good khachapuri that wasn’t tourist-trap expensive, the front desk guy didn’t just point me toward the obvious places – he gave me actual directions to this little spot about ten minutes away where locals eat. That kind of local knowledge makes a difference. The building itself is modern without being sterile, and they’ve clearly put thought into the details – good water pressure, air conditioning that actually works during those humid August days, and parking that doesn’t require a degree in engineering to navigate. You know what surprised me most? How quiet it stays at night, even with balcony doors open. Sure, you’ll hear some street sounds, but nothing like the chaos you get closer to the main nightlife areas. It’s the kind of place where you end up extending your stay because leaving feels like giving up something good.

  The apartment is in the center of the city, close to main parks, beaches, and markets, which was very convenient. The room had a comfortable bed, decent chairs, and a well-working air conditioner, which made the stay more pleasant. The room was also clear and with a small balcony with a beautiful view. The staff was polite and friendly.
  
  What could be improved: The hotel description said there was free parking, but this was not true. We were told to use a paid parking lot at a neighboring hotel, and ended up finding a spot next to a private building 20 minutes away—just by luck.
  
  The hotel is extremely overcrowded. Elevators are almost unusable, especially when going down. We had to walk down 8 floors with a baby and stroller. Keep in mind, the hotel has over 47 floors—so this could have been even worse.
  
  No iron was provided (even after we asked), and the kitchen had very limited equipment: just one pot, a couple of dull knives, a few spoons and forks, and some plates.

  I like the place itself and its view from the balcony. Location wise is very accessible.
  The rooms were clean and tidy. There's washing machine too.
  
  What could be improved: Our tour guide gave a call to them and upon the convo, we have to go to Block A without any clarification that its only registration itself and we put down our luggages. We came to know that we have to go to the other block, (We didn't slept yet coz of 5am flight then directly to tours and here we are getting confused and dead tired where to go with our luggages.) I just hope next time they will clarify and even the room key wasn't working! We have to go down again and wait, the lady wasn't responding after giving the key.

There is limited parking available nearby, and you may need to find street parking, which can sometimes be difficult to secure.   What could be improved: При заезде необходимо посетить офис в блоке А.
  Я бронировал два номера , в результате мы жили в соседних зданиях В и С . С вещами надо идти довольно далеко . Вокруг стройка , с характерными звуками . Если вы на машине , нужно искать парковку.
  Под зданиями ее нет . Оплату за проживание потребовали наличными , без вариантов ..
