But from the higher floors, you’re looking out over the Black Sea in a way that makes you want to just sit there with your morning coffee way longer than planned. The rooms themselves feel substantial, not like those cramped Euro-style boxes you sometimes get stuck with.

You know what struck me most though? It’s how they’ve managed to feel upscale without being stuffy about it. The common areas have this relaxed vibe where you might actually want to hang out, and I noticed guests chatting with each other – always a good sign that people are comfortable. The neighborhood works in your favor too – you can walk to the boulevard and all the touristy stuff, but you’re also close enough to some of the local spots where Batumi residents actually eat and drink. Parking was surprisingly painless, which if you’ve driven in Georgian cities, you know is worth mentioning. The 9.1 rating makes complete sense once you’ve been there a few days – it’s not trying to be the flashiest place in town, but everything just works the way it should. I’d definitely stay here again, and I’m pretty picky about hotels after years of travel writing disappointments.

  What could be improved: 1- الحمام لا يوجد فيه تهوية ، من تطلع منه الله يعينكم على الريحة وعلى الحر داخله .
  
  2- الحمام لا يوجد فيه تصريف للمياه ، ولا صندوق للإستحمام ، يحصل تجمع في المياه على الأرضية بشكل كبير ومزعج . وبعد مراسلة صاحبة الشقة قالت لي عندك فوطه ونشف الأرضية.

  Чисто, красивый вид из окна. Классное кресло, в котором можно почитать или просто смотреть на море. Есть всё необходимое. Можно для атмосферы включить камин.
  В этом же здании магазин, кофейня.
  Из номера открывается вид на закат и самолеты, которые садятся и взлетают.

  я влюбилась в это место и в эту квартиру. Мы даже выбрали задержаться в Батуми, что бы еще немного пожить с таким видим на море❤️
  Мне очень понравилось, что рядом с комплексом немного народу на пляже.
  Внизу вкусное кафе. Мы с удовольствием там завтракаем.
