I mean, sunrise from my balcony was genuinely spectacular, with the light hitting the water and the distant mountains. The rooms themselves feel thoughtfully designed rather than just expensive – good blackout curtains (trust me, this matters when you’re dealing with those long Georgian summer days), solid Wi-Fi throughout, and bathrooms with proper water pressure. You know what impressed me most? The staff actually remembered my coffee preference after day two, which sounds small but makes such a difference when you’re traveling.

The hotel sits in this sweet spot where you can walk to Ali and Nino in about ten minutes, hit the seaside park easily, but you’re also close enough to the old town that exploring Batumi’s more authentic neighborhoods doesn’t require planning an expedition. Parking can be a bit tricky during peak season – the hotel has spaces but they fill up fast, so I’d recommend mentioning it when you book if you’re driving. Honestly, with a 9.3 rating, I was expecting something good, but this place actually delivers on that promise. It’s the kind of spot where you end up spending more time at the hotel than you planned, not because there’s nothing to do in Batumi, but because the rooftop area and common spaces are genuinely enjoyable.
