I stayed here during peak summer season, and while the beachfront hotels were absolutely packed, this spot felt more… I don’t know, residential? Like you’re living in the city rather than just visiting it. The apartment setup means you get a proper kitchen – which honestly saved me a fortune since eating out for every meal in Batumi adds up fast. Plus there’s something satisfying about making morning coffee and drinking it on that balcony while watching the fishing boats head out.

What really impressed me was how well-maintained everything felt. I mean, you see a lot of newer developments in Batumi that look great from the outside but cut corners on the details, but not here. The elevators actually work smoothly, the Wi-Fi doesn’t drop every five minutes, and – this might sound silly but it matters – the hot water pressure is fantastic after a day at the beach. The building itself is modern without being flashy, and parking wasn’t the nightmare I was expecting (though I’d still recommend asking about spots when you book). The staff genuinely seemed to care about making sure everything worked properly, which you don’t always get with apartment-style accommodations. Honestly, with a 9.6 rating, I went in with pretty high expectations, and somehow the place still managed to exceed them. If you’re the type who likes hotel services but prefers the space and flexibility of an apartment, this is exactly what you’re looking for in Batumi.

  Замечательные апартаменты с видом на море,всё рядом магазины, рестораны,море. Хозяйке большое спасибо🤗заселила в номер раньше ,чем надо было ,у нас был утренний прилёт, всегда была на связи. В номере есть всё для комфортного проживания👍👍👍. Обязательно вернёмся туда😉

  Конечно в первую очередь панорамный вид, который выходит на море, парк и горы.
  Хорошая шумо изоляция, номер чистый и удобный. В номере есть кондиционер, стиральная машина и плита, в общем все что нужно для отдыха. Хозяйка очень приятная, всегда на связи. В общем всем советую данные апартаменты, не пожалеете))

  Замечательный персонал, который вошёл в положение и согласился оформить ранний заезд. Светлая комната, в которой было все необходимое для проживания. Вид действительно такой же, как на картинке

  close to the sea/beach and to the boardwalk with beautiful sea view. Two malls at a short walking distance. the owner was very nice and helpful. we arrived early and she allowed us to keep our baggage until check in time in her apartment (same building) and was available for any thing. the apartment has A/C, heating in the bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. everything was clean and working properly. the building nearby is under construction but it is not felt as the windows are facing the sea.

  The location is truly amazing! Even if the weather is bad, you can always sit at the balcony and enjoy great sea views. It takes 3 minutes to get to the beach. Also, there is a big shopping centre next to the hotel which makes it very convenient to purchase whatever you need.

  Хорошие апартаменты. Вид из окна шикарный. Жили на 17 этаже. С/у совмещённый, но для душа стоит стеклянный уголок, есть стиралка и Даше фен был. WiFi, кондиционер, TV (были русскоязычные каналы), удобная кровать. Прожили 5 дней, жалко было уезжать.
  
  What could be improved: было пару не критичных минусика, но общее впечатлений от апартаментов они не испортили.
