You know what struck me first about Sunpartment? The name – I mean, it’s pretty straightforward, right? Sun plus apartment, and honestly, that’s exactly what you get. This three-star spot sits up on the fifth floor of the Gumbati Group building on Sherif Khimshiashvili street, and while that might sound like a mouthful, it’s actually pretty easy to find once you’re wandering around Batumi. The building itself has that sort of modern Georgian apartment complex vibe – nothing fancy from the outside, but step into the actual unit and you’ll see why this place has such a crazy high rating.

I’ve stayed in a lot of apartment-style accommodations, and what gets me about Sunpartment is how they’ve managed to make it feel like you’re staying at a friend’s place rather than some sterile rental. The natural light is incredible – I mean, you’re on the fifth floor, so you get these great views without the street noise that can drive you nuts in Batumi’s busier areas. The apartment itself is surprisingly spacious, and they’ve actually thought about the little things that matter when you’re settling in for more than just a night or two. There’s proper kitchen space (not just a mini-fridge and a hot plate), decent storage, and – this might sound silly – but the Wi-Fi actually works consistently, which isn’t always a given in this part of town.

What really sells me on this place, though, is the location without being right in the thick of everything. Sherif Khimshiashvili street is one of those spots where you’re close enough to walk to the main attractions – the boulevard, the old town, decent restaurants – but you’re not dealing with the constant buzz of tourists and traffic. I actually found myself walking to the nearby market most mornings, grabbing fresh bread and coffee, which became this nice little routine. The building has decent parking if you’re driving, though honestly, you probably won’t need a car much once you’re settled in. The hosts are responsive too – I had a minor issue with the hot water one evening, and they sorted it out pretty quickly. It’s that kind of personal attention you get from places that actually care about their reputation rather than just churning through bookings. For a three-star setup, it punches way above its weight, and with ratings like theirs, I can see why people keep coming back.

  Ideal location between the old and new Batumi.. Beach promenade is only one road crossing away. Very convenient with large grocery store around the corner, and local restaurants as well as more pricey ones are all around. Taxi / bolt is readily available. Also, two elevators in the building, as well as easily access able stairs if you are in a hurry. We'll equipped kitchen, and all other facilities. Very friendly and attentive host, ready to help at any moment. Very highly recommended!
  
  What could be improved: Not specific to this apartment in particular, but be aware that electrical sockets in Georgia might not always fit perfectly with e.g. A simple phone charger.

  Заселились быстро и просто. Хозяин объяснил, как добраться и встретил нас. Уютная, чистая квартира. Для троих подруг отлично подошла. В квартире есть всё необходимое👍 Пляж очень близко ⛱️
  
  Хозяину респект за честность 👏 по ошибке чуть не подарила лишних 100 лари, о чём мне сообщил сам хозяин квартиры)
  
  What could be improved: Дверь в спальню трудно закрывается. И напор воды в кранах…он просто убивает😅 Захотел помыть бокал – помылся сам целиком. Уж очень брызгается. Но это не существенный минус)

  Хороший и гостепримный хозяин, в квартире чисто и все есть, рядом с домом макдональдс, макшаурма, батуми мол, кредо банк, до пояжа минут 5 идти, все рядом и все удобно)

  Понравилось всё,начиная от удобств,гостеприимность хазяина!Великолепный человек,подсказал рассказал,что где находится, вошёл в наше положение,и пошел навстречу))))Номер супер,есть всё необходимое для проживания.До моря два шага,тоже большой плюс.
