I stayed during August when Batumi gets absolutely packed, and while you could hear the city humming in the distance, the street itself stays pretty quiet at night.

Here’s the thing about this part of town that most visitors don’t realize – you’re actually positioned perfectly to experience Batumi like locals do. There’s this little bakery two blocks down that opens at 6 AM and sells the best Georgian bread I’ve had outside of Tbilisi, and the small grocery store across the street stocks everything you need without the tourist markup you’ll find closer to the beach. The walk to the old town takes maybe 15 minutes if you’re not in a rush, and you’ll pass some genuinely interesting Soviet-era architecture that tells Batumi’s story better than any guidebook. Plus, and this is key if you’re traveling in summer, the sea breeze actually reaches this area, so your apartment doesn’t turn into an oven by afternoon like some places closer to the concrete jungle of new developments. The staff speaks enough English to sort out any issues, and they’re the kind of helpful that feels genuine rather than scripted. Really, for the price point and that impressive 9.5 rating, you’re getting way more value than you’d expect – it’s one of those places that makes you feel like you’ve discovered something rather than just booked a room.

  Удобное расположение апартаментов. Очень хорошо работает кондиционер , и создает комфортную температуру в номере. После бронирования хозяин апартаментов быстро и вежливо ответил в вотс ап . У меня был номер с прекрасным видом на море на 25 этаже
