  We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It is incredibly spacious and was spotlessly clean upon our arrival, with two large bedrooms and a very generously sized living room. The kitchenette was well-equipped with a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, and a stovetop, which was very convenient. The bathroom was also large, clean, and had a washing machine.
  The highlight for us was the location. Situated on the 34th floor, the view of the promenade and the sea is absolutely stunning. The apartment's location is very convenient with direct access to the beach, and there are several supermarkets and plenty of restaurants just a short walk away.
  Communication with the hosts was seamless. They were always available, responded immediately to every message, and even provided us with excellent recommendations for the area.
  We highly recommend this apartment and would definitely choose to stay here again.
  
  What could be improved: We stayed in August, during peak season, and were aware of potential long waits for the elevators at Orbi City. During rush hours, we did have to wait about 5 minutes, and the ride up included several stops. However, it was manageable, even with a baby and a stroller, and didn't negatively impact our overall experience. The main lobby downstairs is often crowded, which is something to be aware of.

  Чистота, вид, месторасположение, шаговая доступность всех локаций. Вид с балкона и окон💔😍 просыпаться с видом на море и вечером лицезреть безумно красивые закаты 🫠💔😍 я просто не хотела уезжать😭 это были лучшие дни которые провела в Батуми 💔🫶🏼🇰🇿🇬🇪

  Кстати, многие пишут насчет постоянных очередей в лифт, ну лифт как лифт, нет такого лифта которого не ждешь, очень быстро прибывает и поднимается.
  Единственный минус этого ЖК парковаться сложно😅

  Отличные апартаменты! Сухие, очень чистые, есть все необходимое! Номер выходит на море, рядом магазины, рестораны, лунапарк. Очень хорошая коммуникация с хозяевами.

  Отличное расположение. Пляж рядом, Достопримечательности близко.
  Отличный хозяин , всегда на связи, решает быстро и качественно любые вопросы.
