Look, I’ll be honest – when I first heard about Sea Luxury Apartment on Inasaridze Street, I wasn’t expecting much. The name sounds a bit generic, you know? But after spending a few nights there, I actually get why this four-star place has such high ratings. The location is what really grabbed me first – you’re literally a two-minute walk from the beach, and I mean the good part of the coastline where locals actually hang out, not just the touristy strip. The building itself sits pretty quietly on this tree-lined street, which honestly was a relief because Batumi can get pretty intense with all the nightlife noise near the boulevard.

What struck me most was how they’ve managed to make it feel like you’re staying in someone’s well-appointed home rather than a typical hotel. The apartments – and they really are proper apartments, not just hotel rooms with a mini-fridge – have these floor-to-ceiling windows that let in this gorgeous morning light. I spent way too many mornings just sitting with coffee watching the city wake up below. The kitchen setup is actually functional too, which matters if you’re like me and get tired of restaurant food after a few days. I grabbed fresh khachapuri from the bakery down the street and could actually heat it up properly. The staff runs things pretty smoothly without being overly formal about it – they’ll give you the local scoop on where to eat (skip the tourist traps on Rustaveli, honestly) and they seem to genuinely care that you’re having a good time.

Here’s the thing though – and this is probably why the ratings are so solid – it’s the little details that add up. The water pressure is fantastic, which anyone who’s traveled in this region knows isn’t always a given. The Wi-Fi actually works everywhere in the apartment, parking is sorted if you’ve got a rental car, and the whole place just feels clean and well-maintained without being sterile. You’re close enough to walk to the old town when you want that historic Batumi vibe, but far enough from the main drag that you can actually sleep at night. I mean, during peak summer season things get lively everywhere in the city, but this spot manages to stay relatively peaceful. The sea breeze hits just right from most of the windows, and on clear days you can see the mountains in the distance. It’s one of those places where you end up extending your stay if you can swing it – not because it’s fancy or flashy, but because it just works really well for actually living in Batumi for a while rather than just passing through.

  Отличная, чистая и ухоженная двухкомнатная квартира с великолепным видом на море.
  Есть всё необходимое для проживания: кондиционеры, стиралка, утюг, микроволновка, фен, посуда для приготовления пищи. Хорошие удобные матрасы.
  Море, магазины, кафе, рестораны – всё рядом!! Никаких проблем с лифтами))
  Если будем в Батуми, то только сюда!))

  The Owner of the apartment was super sweet and his grandson helped us communicate to him in English. The stay and the apartment is a 10/10 ❤️. It was cozy and comfortable for 5 of us. The owner even helped us store our baggages so we could roam around the city before leaving. We are sooo glad to stay in his place and would 100% stay again.

  Апартаменты чистые, имеются все принадлежности для комфортного ппоживания. Море в 10 минутах пешком от апартаментов. Рядом магазины, супермаркеты – все есть. Дельфинарий недалеко от апаратаментов. Отдыхали с компанией друзей из 5 человек. В общем, рекомендую.
  
  What could be improved: Единственный минус – это душевая лейка, которую надо уже поменять на новую, и сама кабинка, которая после принятия душа протекает на пол и приходится вытирать пол тряпкой что не очень удобно
