  My parents vacationed in apartment 5-27, they say they liked everything. The apartment is not stuffy. The mattress is hard. Small functional kitchen, practical frying pan. Nearby there is a cafe where you can eat good food. Close to the beach, to the center not so much. There is an extra charge of 60 GEL for cleaning the room, it's written in the contract.
  
  What could be improved: There is a rooftop pool, but it is not operational (July 2024). The house is being actively renovated (we were not disturbed by the noise), but it would be great if the house was completely finished.
