The beach access is what really sold me though; you can literally roll out of bed and be on the sand in minutes. Couples seem to get this — they consistently rate the location over 8 out of 10, and after spending time here, I totally understand why.

The Room Experience

My room was actually bigger than I expected, with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the Black Sea beautifully. The design feels contemporary but warm — none of that cold, minimalist stuff that makes you feel like you’re sleeping in a showroom. What I appreciated most was the attention to practical details: plenty of outlets, good water pressure, and blackout curtains that actually work. The air conditioning keeps up with Batumi’s summer heat, which honestly can be a real issue at some places along this coast.

Dining and Amenities

The hotel restaurant serves solid Georgian and international dishes — nothing groundbreaking, but everything I tried was well-prepared and reasonably priced. Breakfast has enough variety to keep you happy for several days, with both local specialties and familiar options. There’s also a spa area that’s perfect for unwinding after long days exploring the city or lounging on the beach. The parking situation is actually pretty good too, which matters more than you might think in this part of town.

What really sets G-Point New Beach apart is how it balances being polished with staying approachable. You get that four-star level of service and comfort, but without the stuffiness that sometimes comes with it.   What could be improved: We stayed for two weeks, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
  
  First, although the check-in time was stated as 2 PM, we were told the apartment was still being cleaned and could only check in at 4 PM. This was very inconvenient, especially with a child and luggage.
  
  Even after the delay, the apartment was still dirty upon arrival. The walls were stained, and overall, the place felt very shabby and poorly maintained.
  
  The shower was broken and unusable—it was leaking and not functioning properly. The sink was also clogged with hair and dirt. After reaching out, the staff came to fix it, but there was no apology or acknowledgment for the inconvenience.
  
  The apartment overall was not prepared for guests and does not reflect the standards expected for a property on Booking.com. The only positive aspect was the view, which was beautiful—this is the only reason I am giving an extra star.

  We had a very good experience at this hotel and it had all the comforts of a home, the view was amazing and facing the sea and there was access to all the amenities. Ms. Tatyana was very kind 🥰 and if I travel to Batumi again, I will choose this hotel again🌹🙏😍.

  Шикарное местоположение. Вид на горы и взлётную полосу. В 60 метрах море.
  Хозяйка общительная и приветливая. В номере есть все необходимое – в том числе плита для приготовления пищи.

  The location in front of beach was perfect.
  The staff help us, when ee had an emergancy situation.
  
  What could be improved: First of all, there were three of us but the room was prepared for two people. And as a staff said: "It's not our fault, it's Booking.Towels, pillows etc. were prepared for two. There were only one small shampoo and shower gel for one person. We stayed here for 7 nights and the was no cleaning service, we also didn't get new towels or bed linen.
  Now about bathroom. It was disgusting to touch anything in this room, all was in the mould, the shower was brocken.
