I stayed in one of the upper floor rooms, and honestly, the view toward the old town rooftops was way better than I expected from a place in this price range. The wine theme isn’t just marketing fluff either – they’ve got this little collection of local Georgian bottles displayed throughout the lobby, and the owner genuinely knows his stuff if you’re curious about regional varieties.

What really won me over, though, was how the place operates. Check-in was smooth (they actually waited for me even though I arrived pretty late), the Wi-Fi works everywhere – even in the stairwells, which is oddly impressive – and there’s this quiet courtyard area where you can sit with your morning coffee without dealing with street noise. The neighborhood itself is perfect for wandering; you’ve got local bakeries and small shops within a couple blocks, plus you can easily walk to the botanical garden or catch a marshrutka to the beach. I’ll be honest, the building itself isn’t anything flashy from the outside, but inside it’s clean, well-maintained, and there’s something genuinely welcoming about the whole setup. For the money, especially considering how expensive Batumi can get during summer season, this place delivers way more personality and comfort than those big resort hotels down by the water – and you’ll actually sleep well here since you’re away from all that late-night seaside commotion.

  Wonderful staff and small, modern building. The room (triple for us) was a great size with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent and there was always enough. The staff here were excellent and always ready to help with our small daughter.

  Its very nice small hotel with all you need – including small pool. The hosts are very friendly, helpfull and accommodating.
  The rooms are spacious and have great beds.

  What could be improved: It was a bit difficult to find the place as with the link map is indicating other building – and the road is not obvious as around you can see many constructions and old buildings. With better directions should be ok.
