The location is pretty brilliant too – you’re right in the heart of Batumi but somehow removed from the chaos that can overwhelm the main tourist strips during summer. I mean, you can literally hear the Black Sea from your room, but you’re not dealing with the constant stream of people and street vendors that camp out along the more obvious beachfront spots.

The apartments themselves are spacious in a way that most Batumi accommodations just aren’t. I’m talking proper living areas where you can actually spread out, not those cramped hotel rooms where your suitcase becomes a permanent fixture on the floor. The kitchens are fully functional too – and I actually tested this because, honestly, eating out every meal gets expensive and exhausting after a few days. What really impressed me was the attention to detail in the furnishings. Everything feels intentional, from the comfortable seating (which matters more than you’d think when you’re planning your day or winding down) to the quality of the linens. The sea views aren’t just a marketing promise either – depending on your room, you get genuine glimpses of the water that make those early morning coffee moments feel special.

The service here operates more like a boutique experience than your typical hotel machine. The staff actually remembers your name and seems to genuinely care about whether you’re enjoying Batumi, not just whether you’re going to trash your room. They gave me solid recommendations for restaurants that locals actually frequent – not the touristy places with inflated prices and mediocre khachapuri. Parking can be a bit tricky in this part of the city (honestly, parking is tricky everywhere in Batumi), but they help sort that out. The building itself is quiet, which is gold when you’re trying to sleep off a day of exploring or recover from sampling too much Georgian wine. I stayed here during what’s normally a busy season, and I was surprised by how peaceful it remained.   Fabulous and such a memorable experience. To begin with Georgia is extremely beautiful and the experience at Prestigio Sea view Apartment was absolutely WOW 🤩, The location of sea view , easy access to beach , very kind staff support and list goes on..
  As we landed in Batumi, the professionalism displayed by Ms. Olga deserves all praise and applauds. She was already prepared for our stay, kept in constant touch until we reached the hotel, handed over the keys explained the apartment features and made us feel so at Home. Indeed, such an experience in a foreign country is a Big Blessing.

  We had an amazing stay at this wonderful, spacious apartment with a breathtaking sea view. The space is beautifully designed, and everything is brand new. The beds are incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. The kitchen is fully equipped, making meal prep a breeze.
  The apartment also features two modern and clean bathrooms, which added to the overall comfort and convenience during our stay.
  
  The location is unbeatable—just a 10-minute drive from the airport and near the city center. Plus, having the beach and boulevard right outside the door was an incredible bonus.
  
  A special mention to our host, Olga, who was incredibly polite and helpful. She assisted with everything we needed and made sure our stay was as smooth as possible. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient vacation.

  Отличное местоположение, вид из окна. Лучшие апартаменты в Батуми для размещения компанией (6 человек), есть все для комфортного проживания и отдыха: 3 балкона с видом на море, 4 санузла (2 из них с душем), посудомойка, микроволновка, плита, заварник кофе и телевизор в каждой комнате.
