The kitchen was properly stocked (I actually cooked dinner one night, which never happens when I travel), and the living space had this lived-in comfort that made me want to stay in and read rather than constantly be out exploring. The owner clearly put thought into the little things – decent coffee, extra blankets that you’ll actually want to use, and WiFi that doesn’t cut out every twenty minutes.

What really sold me on the location was how walkable everything felt once you get your bearings. You’re about a fifteen-minute stroll to the main tourist drag along the coast, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the crowds and noise at night. I discovered this little bakery just two blocks over that locals line up at every morning around 8 AM – the kind of place you’d never find if you were staying in the hotel district. The neighborhood has that authentic Georgian residential vibe where kids are playing in courtyards and neighbors are chatting on balconies, which honestly made me feel more connected to the city than any fancy hotel lobby ever could. Parking was surprisingly manageable too, which if you’ve driven in Batumi, you know is saying something. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the building entrance is a bit tricky to spot at first – I walked past it twice on my first day – but once you know what to look for, it’s fine. For what you’re paying and the experience you’re getting, this place delivers way beyond its rating suggests.

  Находится в центре старого города, хозяин хороший реагировал на все просьбы. Рядом находится площадь Пьяцца и куча кафешек и магазинов. Приезжаем сюда второй раз и если буду в Батуми, обязательно вернусь)

  Вид из окна балкона очень классный,попили вина с мужем и понаблюдали за местным колоритом) , и хозяин хороший. Кондиционер есть, кровать для ребёнка предоставили.

  Лампочка в душе перегорела когда мы приехали, но хозяин сразу предложил заменить.

  Lokalizacja na starym mieście w Batumi, wszędzie blisko. Jedyną wadą była czasem muzyka dobiegająca wieczorem z okolicznych lokali. Zameldowaliśmy się o trzeciej w nocy bez problemu.
