The building itself is this modern glass structure that stands out against the older Soviet-era apartments around it, and when I first walked up to corpus E (that’s the building designation, by the way), I wasn’t entirely sure I was in the right place.

But here’s the thing about this four-star setup – the apartments are genuinely spacious, like actually livable spacious, not that cramped hotel room pretending to be bigger than it is. The kitchenette isn’t just for show either; I actually ended up cooking a few meals there because, well, sometimes you get tired of khachapuri every day (though honestly, who am I kidding, I never really got tired of it). The whole place has this clean, minimalist vibe that feels more European than Georgian, which might sound like a criticism but it’s actually kind of refreshing after bouncing around some of the more… let’s say “character-filled” accommodations in the region. The Wi-Fi works properly – and I mean actually works, not that thing where you have to stand in one specific corner of the bathroom to get a signal.

What really sold me on the location, though, was how easy it became to slip into the rhythm of the city. You’re close enough to walk to the Old Town in about fifteen minutes, but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the late-night party crowd stumbling around outside your window. There’s this little market just a couple blocks down where I’d grab fresh bread and those amazing Georgian tomatoes, and the walk to the beach takes you through these residential streets where you see how people actually live here – laundry hanging from balconies, old men playing backgammon in courtyards, that sort of thing. The building’s parking situation is decent too, which matters if you’re planning any day trips up into the mountains or down to Sarpi. Check-in was surprisingly smooth for a place that caters to international guests – the staff spoke solid English and actually seemed to know the area well enough to give useful recommendations beyond the usual tourist traps.

  Мы остались в полном восторге от нашего пребывания. Были здесь уже дважды и у нас только положительные впечатления.
  Хозяйка квартиры – невероятно приятная и отзывчивая, всегда на связи.
  
  В квартире есть всё необходимое, продумано до мелочей. Если вдруг вы забыли что-то с собой – практически всё можно найти здесь). На крайний случай внизу расположены несколько круглосуточных магазинов.
  
  Расположение отличное: новый жк, рядом с набережной и пляжем (без толп туристов), в пяти минутах торговый центр. В сезон во дворе работает бассейн. Также внизу несколько ресторанов (хотя мы предпочитали есть в старом городе, где много хороших заведений грузинской кухни). До старого города можно легко добраться на такси, которое здесь недорогое, ну а вообще одно удовольствие прогуляться пешком вдоль набережной.

  Шикарные апартаменты! Есть абсолютно все для комфортного проживания и даже больше!
  Стиральная машинка с сушкой, кофеварка, все для готовки( включая чай, кофе,масло и специи)! Парковка на территории за шлагбаумом. Везде чистота, свежее белье.

  Добраться до центра – вопрос 5 лари (150 рублей) или на автобусе за 40 тетри (12 рублей)
  Апартаменты очень уютные, есть все что нужно, внизу есть кафешки и круглосуточный магазин с хорошими ценами и ассортиментом

  Были с мужем почти 10 ночей , все на высшем уровне , чисто , уютно, все возникшие вопросы устранялись очень быстро , даже и придраться не к чему. Спасибо за прекрасный отдых !!!

  The room was super clean and well-designed. We had everything we needed there, from a comfortable bed to the kitchen, where we could find dishes, washing sponge and soap, good microwave oven, and fridge. Also, there was a vacuum cleaner, iron and desk, washing machine (with a laundry drying mode!!!). You really feel like you are at home there! The swimming pool was also great. Also, you have a small 24/7 store downstairs (near the pool), so you can always buy some snacks you want. But the best part was the attitude from our hostes Olga. She answered fast on any question and really was there to help. We didn't want to check out so early, but unfortunately, the next customers already booked an apartment for the next 10 days.

  В восторге от проживания в данном отеле ,заехав сюда мы даже продлили сразу день здесь .Хозяйке Ольге отдельная благодарность ! У меня был день рождения и в холодильнике оставили бутылочку грузинского вина ,было очень приятно 😌Отношение вообще на высоте 👍А номер продуман до таких мелочей,что я вообще не знаю кому здесь может не понравится или к чему тут вообще можно придраться ,ВСЁ ИДЕАЛЬНО !
  Для нас расположение шикарное ,рядом парк ,торговый центр ,до всех достопримечательностей мы ходили пешком .С радостью буду рекомендовать этот отель и если мы ещё поедем в Батуми ,то обязательно только сюда ,даже рассматривать ничего не буду !Спасибо ещё раз огромное ❤️
