The location on Sherif Khimshiashvili is pretty smart if you ask me. I actually appreciated that balance – Batumi can get pretty intense during peak season, especially around the casinos and main hotels. The four-star setup here delivers what you’d expect without trying too hard to be fancy. The rooms are clean and modern, with decent-sized windows (though some face other buildings, so don’t expect panoramic sea views from every room). The beds are actually comfortable – not those rock-hard European mattresses you sometimes get stuck with.

What I really liked was how the staff seemed to genuinely know the area. When I asked about good local spots for khachapuri that weren’t tourist traps, the front desk guy gave me three specific places with actual directions, not just “oh, there are many good restaurants nearby.” That kind of local knowledge makes a difference. The breakfast was solid too – nothing revolutionary, but they had both Georgian and international options, and the coffee was strong enough to fuel a day of exploring the old town. Parking can be a bit tricky in this part of Batumi, but they’ve got a small lot, and honestly, you’re better off walking most places anyway. The elevators are quick (which matters more than you’d think when you’re on the upper floors), and the wifi actually works throughout the building – I was able to video call home from my room without any issues. If I’m being completely honest, it’s not the most luxurious place you’ll find in Batumi, but it hits that sweet spot of being comfortable, well-located, and reasonably priced for what you get. Plus, there’s something refreshing about a hotel that doesn’t try to oversell itself – it just does the basics really well.

  Понравилось все: расположение, по-моему, лучшее (море, пляж, магазины /маленькие и побольше с великолепной кулинарией, торговый центр/, аптека, рестораны, кафе, развлечения для детей, поющие фонтаны в шаговой доступности), нас встретили в аэропорту, сразу разместили в номере, хотя мы прилетели утром, очень любезный и внимательный персонал, всегда были на связи, матрасы очень удобные, апартаменты был чистые, оборудованы всем необходимым. Отдых очень нам понравился!

  Апартаменты расположены в оживлённом месте, вокруг много мест развлечений, что является плюсом расположения, но , возможно, для кого-то может быть немного громко по вечерам. Но нам не мешало, засыпали нормально, стеклопакеты в апартаментах хорошие и кондиционер тоже работает.

  The apartment is very enough equipped and located. A divine tower with an excellent view, but the sewage smell in the apartment is almost toxic, and the mattresses are extremely uncomfortable.

  Расположение рядом с пляжем, чистота в номере, есть практически все необходимое для комфортного проживания.
  Уборка и смена белья, полотенец каждые 3 дня без доплаты.
  Организовали трансфер из Кутаиси без проблем.
  Администратор приятная и отзывчивая.

  Хороший персонал. Вид из окна . 2 балкона .уборка была хорошей! В принципе все нормально – НО ни как не номер ДЕЛЮКС!!!
  
  What could be improved: Подушки ужасные!сушилку принесли по просьбе нашей и то еле дышала ! Диван в зале очень маленький и хлипкий. ! Стол со стульями игрушечный! Ребёнок 12 лет еле помещался на стуле ! Что говорить о взрослых людях ! На фото все выглядит по другому – и кажется что эти апартаменты Делюкс с хорошей и удобной мебелью !стиральной машины нет ! Хотя в простых номерах есть и простые свиты намного лучше – чем этот номер . На фото это одно–на деле это не так – просто не стоит этих денег! Ванная комната очень маленькая ! Туалет просто рядом со стеклом душевой! Апартаменты простые свиты намного лучше ! Так что мне было жаль заплаченных денег ! Точно не вернулась бы в этот номер ДЕЛЮКС!

  Безумно шикарное место,два балкона,вид с окон раскрывается панорамное,100 метров от море.🌊 Особенно ночью очень красиво,улица и высотки горят разноцветными огнями. Окна выходидя на главную улицу. Нас встретила менеджер Лика.Очень милая,вежливая девушка.Всё что надо,в апартаменте для долго проживание есть.Мы себя чувствовали как дома.Очень чистый апартамент.
