You can see the Black Sea stretching out toward Turkey on clear days, which happened more often than I expected during my stay.

What really won me over, though, was how the staff seemed to genuinely care about making your experience memorable. I remember asking about good khachapuri places nearby, and instead of just pointing me toward the hotel restaurant (which is actually quite good, by the way), they gave me specific directions to this little family-run spot about ten minutes away where locals actually eat. That kind of insider knowledge is gold when you’re trying to experience a place authentically. The rooms themselves are spacious and modern – I stayed in one facing the development’s central area, and while it could get a bit lively in the evenings with people coming and going, it never felt chaotic or overwhelming. The soundproofing is solid, so once you close the windows, you’re in your own peaceful bubble.

The facilities here are impressive without being flashy – there’s a spa that I didn’t have time to try but looked inviting, a fitness center that’s actually well-equipped (not just a couple of treadmills thrown in a corner), and the pool area has this relaxed Mediterranean feel even though you’re technically on the Black Sea coast. Parking was surprisingly hassle-free, which anyone who’s driven around Batumi during tourist season will appreciate. I visited in late spring, so I can’t speak to how crazy it gets during peak summer months, but the staff mentioned they’re well-prepared for the influx. One small thing that stuck with me – the breakfast buffet had this perfect mix of international options and Georgian specialties, so you could ease into local flavors or stick with familiar comfort food depending on your mood. It’s these thoughtful touches that make a place feel less like a generic hotel and more like someone’s actually put thought into the guest experience.

  Very very crowded and dirty, its not realy a hotel just an appartment. the room was dirty – blood stains on the bed sheets, the bathroom was full of mold and we couldn't use it.

  Для тех кто никогда не был в номерах такого типа, стоит посетить, хотя бы на одну ночь, чтобы иметь представление какого это. Имеются две спальни с большими кроватями. Если путешествуете впятером, также можно расположить, кого-нибудь на диване в гостиной. Кондиционер и телевизор в каждой комнате, кухня, стиральная машина, длинный балкон. Замечательный вид на Батуми и горы. Из несущественных минусов лишь очереди в лифт и музыка ночью, но без этого никак ведь находитесь в самой оживленной точке города

  What could be improved: Tesis henüz İnşaatı tamamlanmamış bir rezidans. Oda temizliği günlük yapilmiyor. Girişte 100 gel depozito aldılar. Ben otelden cikis yapacağım gün sabah 06:30 olacağından depozitonun bir gün öncesinden bana iade edilmesini istedim. Geri verdiler ama 3-4 saat odada gelmelerini bekledim. Ayrıca resepsiyon yok. Otel de bir odada ofisleri var. (Hepsi farklı rezidanslar bu arada bavul ve eşyalar ile bir oraya bir buraya koşturuyorsunuz.
