The apartments themselves are genuinely spacious – and I’m not just saying that because I’ve been cramped in too many European “luxury” closets lately. These feel like actual homes where someone put thought into the layout. The kitchens are properly equipped (I made coffee every morning without hunting for a decent mug), and the living areas have these big windows that let in all that Black Sea light. What really got me was the attention to small details – good water pressure, blackout curtains that actually work, and Wi-Fi that doesn’t cut out every time someone in the building opens Netflix.

Location-wise, you’re maybe a 10-minute walk to the main tourist strip, but here’s the thing – you’re close enough to everything without being stuck in the chaos of the seaside boulevard. The neighborhood has this lived-in feel with actual Georgian families going about their business, little corner shops, and the kind of authentic restaurants where locals eat rather than just the tourist traps. I found this amazing khachapuri place two blocks over that I probably never would’ve discovered if I’d stayed right on the waterfront. The 8.4 rating feels about right to me – it’s not perfect (the elevator is a bit temperamental, and street parking can be tricky during peak season), but it delivers on what matters most. If you’re the type who wants space to spread out, cook your own meals sometimes, and experience Batumi more like a temporary resident than a passing tourist, this place actually makes sense. Plus, honestly, the value is solid for what you get in a city where decent accommodation can get pricey fast during summer months.

  What could be improved: הגענו למגדל אורבי סיטי ושם למרות שנרשמנו בבוקינג לא הכירו אותנו. מתברר שיש סוכן משנה שמשביר חדרים דרך בוקינג והתקשינו למצוא אותו. המגדל המה מאנשים כמו בתחנת רכבת וגם למעליות היה תור של אנשים רבים . ההרגשה היתה של שוק. המזגן בחדרטרטר כמו טרקטור . כשבקשנו מגבת פנים קבלנו תשובה שאנחנו שייכים לסוכן אחר.

  The owner of the appartment double booked so it was not available when we arrived.
  
  What could be improved: The parking around the area is terrible. It took 30 mins to park then the unit was not available. The owner lied and told us to wait that the elevator was broken. We never heard from him again. There are 6 elevators in the building! Do not stay here with this provider. He waisted 2 hours of our time. We stayed at the Old City Hotel, it was great!

  What could be improved: Firstly it is not hotel. It is rented apartment.therefore we waited until owner get available. After 6 hours train journey it was not nice.Rooms was not clean enough. And ıt was hard to sleep due to street noise and lack of curtains. Also we had wait always lift.

  What could be improved: The apartments look better in the photos than in reality, and the price is higher than the city average. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing: the air in the room was poor, it was not clean enough, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and cigarette odor in the room. The kitchen utensils were in poor condition.
  
  Breakfast was delivered around 7 a.m., although we were informed it would be served at 9 a.m., and it was always cold. The iron we requested was never provided. On the last night, the water supply stopped, so we had to leave without the possibility of taking a shower.
  
  It was not possible to pay by card, and upon arrival we had to pay more than the price shown on Booking. The waiting time for the elevators was also very long.
  
  Conclusion: unfortunately, I cannot recommend these apartments.

  What could be improved: 卫生条件差了一些 有一个上下铺 但是压根就没给铺床品 被子就扔在床上 地址不清晰 导致我下飞机后花了双倍的钱 房东也没有提前联系我 下了飞机打了电话说打回来给我也不打 最后司机打电话帮忙问了地址 酒店还没有建好封顶 只有四个电梯 每次上下楼都要等30分钟很拥挤 根本坐不上

  Вид с балкона замечательный. Хорошее месторасположение, но если вы на авто – это доставит вам неудобство. Индукционная плита, холодильник, посуда для приготовления пищи. Совсем рядом находитятся Карфур и Батумский пивзавод.
  
  What could be improved: Белье на кроватях было не первой свежести, поскольку присутствовали чужие волосы и оно было мятое, что не характерно для чистого белья.
  Сразу насторожило наличие вантуза в туалете, потом понял, что он необходим для прочистки слива в душе, т.к. без этого вода вообще не уходила. Посуду всю перед использованием пришлось интенсивно перемыть, поскольку была вся местами жирно-грязная. Если вы на машине, то не стоит рассчитывать на то, что вы где-то поблизости поставите авто бесплатно (есть помогаторы, которые предложат вам поставить авто за 50 лари сутки) , у меня был самокат, я оставлял машину ближе к пивзаводу, там бывают места, и ездил в аппартаменты уже на самокате. О дельно стоит отметить лифты, но это относится ко всему дому – литф вы можете ждать очень долго, и также очень долго, останавливаясь на каждом этаже ехать вниз. Завтраки, если ктоибуде заказывать , лично я, брать бы не стал, поскольку это наверно сделано для галочки, вроде и есть завтрак, но и его как бы и нет (он на фото).В целом доволен, но можно было бы убрать хорошо.

  What a great stay! The hotel was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn’t have been better. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept like a dream. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a while.

  Поменяла апартаменты так как в первой был неисправен дверной замок (ручки и изнутри и снаружиостпвлись в руке при открытии или закрытии, дверь на замок не запиралась), но хозяин тут же сменил мне комнату.
  Вид с балкона отличный, особенно со второй комнаты.
  
  What could be improved: Был заявлен фен, но его не было в обоих апартаментах.
  Нет микроволновки.
  Холодильник выключается вмете с электричеством при выходе из комнаты,поэтому оставить что то в нём не безопасно- испортится. Хорошо , что было прохладно на улице- на балконе было сохраннее- летом будет проблема.
  Во второй комнате было намного уютнее, но был сломан поручень в душе и шланг душа протекал- я приезжала всего на 3 ночи – из которых последнюю не ночевала – рейс был поздно вечером – поэтому мне уже было главное, что входная дверь впорядке, так как нужно было часто отлучаться по делам.

  The location is really good. A view from the corner balcony (three rooms apartment 2903) is absolutely amazing! And by the way we didn’t have any trouble s with elevators because out of season may be.
  
  What could be improved: First of all a cleaning. The quality of cleaning was really bad unfortunately. For example, a plastic bag in a freezer and pool of water there. Someone forgot ice cubes in the freezer and ice cubes were smelted. Be mentioned that when you go out and take off the key the electricity shuts down and the freezer stops to work! So you need to put any other card to keep the electricity in working condition. One tv was broken, ants eat something delicious next to the fridge etc. And one more thing. The apartment are tired and definitely have to be refresh a little bit.
