Here’s what I love about this spot — you’re literally steps away from everything that makes Batumi special, but you’re not dealing with the chaos of being directly on the main tourist strip. Rustaveli Avenue is where locals actually hang out, so you’ll find those little cafes and shops that don’t scream “tourist trap.” The apartment scored a 9.1 for location, and honestly, I get it. You can walk to the Boulevard in about five minutes, but you’re also close enough to the old town that you can explore those winding streets without planning a whole expedition.

The Space Itself

The room setup is smart — it’s designed like an actual apartment rather than just a hotel room with a mini-fridge shoved in the corner. The kitchen area is functional enough that you could actually cook if you wanted to (though with Batumi’s food scene, why would you?). What really impressed me was the attention to detail — good lighting, decent Wi-Fi, and a bathroom that doesn’t make you feel like you’re camping. The whole space feels like someone’s well-maintained home rather than a sterile hotel room, which makes such a difference when you’re staying for more than a night or two.

  Location was perfect (close to the beach and to the shops), a convenient apartment for 3-4 people, excellent beds (mattresses and pillows), and clean bed linens.
  
  What could be improved: The shower curtain was not sufficient (or more precisely was not of proper form) to keep the bathroom dry, so that after someone takes a shower, the water was everywhere (on the top of the toilet tank and the lid, on the floor), which made it annoying in the humidity of Batumi. The host did not provide some of the basic things needed for immediate or a bit later guests' usage (for example, soap).

  Вид из окна и расположение.Мы приехали на день раньше , хозяева вошли в наше положение и заселили раньше.
  
  What could be improved: Некачественная уборка ,мы заселились ,видно,что перед нами особо не убирали.Стоит заменить полотенца и постельное белье(было порвано).Подтекал холодильник

  Good location. It's a waterfront. Nice view from the window. Best supermarkets/shopping malls are located at walking distance. Apartments are well equipped.

  Нам достались апартаменты не те, что были на фотографиях, но, как мне кажется, равноценные. В квартире три комнаты-гостиная, совмещенная с кухней и две спальни. В спальных комнатах двуспальные кровати. В гостиной большой диван. Все необходимое есть-электрическая плита, микроволновка, холодильник, стиральная машина,чистящие средства, фен, кухонные принадлежности, 4 больших полотенца. Есть теплые одеяла. 2 комплекта ключей. Телевизор с кучей каналов.
  В квартире очень чисто. Балкон с прекрасным видом на озеро и море.
  Очень хорошее расположение-недалеко до достопримечательностей Батуми, рядом променад, море, поюшие фонтаны,много кафешек и магазинов рядом.
  Хозяин апартаментов любезно согласился принять нас на два часа раньше. Сервис ненавязчивый, но всегда готовы помочь.
  Прекрасно отдохнули, спасибо за гостеприимство!
  
  What could be improved: Шумный проспект довольно близко, учитывайте.
  Тем,кто не любит холодные кафельные полы нужно прихватить тапочки.
  Я бы добавила полотенце на кухню, нечем вытереть руки.
