  Расположение идеальное.От моря в 5 минутах.Рядом все магазины есть на соседней улице специализированный магазин где можно купить чачу!)))Фрукты, овощи все продают рядом.Были на своих машинах и всегда могли препорковатся возле дома без проблем.Было одно но 6 этаж но это не так страшно.

  Прекрасная квартира! До моря 5-7 минут пешком. До центра 50 минут. Гуляли по набережной. Рядом много кафе и магазинов. В квартире много посуды и имеются большие кастрюли и сковороды, что для нас важно, тк большая семья. Чисто и уютно!! Спасибо большое за гостеприимство.

  Уютные апартаменты, где есть абсолютно всё для комфортного отдыха в Батуми.
  Рядом расположены магазины, столовая, ларьки с фруктами, курицей гриль, Шота. До пляжа 5-7 минут.
  Хозяйка очень доброжелательная, внимательная. Встреча – с приветственным коньяком 😉.
  В общем, всем рекомендую)

  Очень понравилось проживание с семьёй в этой квартире. Хозяйка гостеприимная женщина, за что ей огромное спасибо! Было приятно приехать в Грузию и жить в столь удобной квартире. Нас встретили как хороших друзей! В квартире есть все для проживания с семьёй, чисто, расположение очень удобное, все в пешей доступности рядом. Даже высокий этаж превратился для нас в некий тренажёр после вкусной еды в ресторанах)))
  Для вновь въезжающих: не пугайтесь подъезда, поверьте то что вы увидите в квартире вас приятно удивит. И ещё будет запах сырости на этаже, но этот запах во всех квартирах и подъездах в Батуми есть. Мы путешествовали 4я семьями и посмотрели жилье наших друзей, которое они снимали, так вот, сырость она везде…и наша квартира была по цене и качеству лучшая. Все взяли на заметку эту квартиру для длительного проживания с детьми.

  Гостеприимные хозяева, всегда готовы помочь. Подарили нам орехи и молоко , пригдасили на кофе к себе домой. Спасибо!
  
  Мы сразу знали что 5 этаж и нет лифта, хоть мы и с маленькими детьми но быстро привыкли. )))так что это не вызвало неудобств

  The apartment is located in a so-called Khrushchevka. Don't be put off by the exterior of the house. Everything is clean and safe. We enjoyed staying there.
