I’ll be honest – when I first heard the name Apartament DeLux Sea View, I was a bit skeptical. It sounds almost too good to be true for a three-star place, you know? But after spending time there on Pirosmani Street, I get why it has such an impressive 9.8 rating. The location is actually perfect if you want to experience Batumi like locals do, rather than being stuck in the touristy bubble near the main boulevard.

What really struck me was how the apartment lives up to its sea view promise – and I mean genuinely delivers, not just a tiny glimpse between buildings like some places. You wake up to this expansive view of the Black Sea, and honestly, it’s the kind of thing that makes you want to have your coffee on the balcony every morning, even when it’s a bit chilly. The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel – there’s this lived-in comfort that’s hard to find in traditional accommodations. The kitchen is actually functional (I made breakfast there several times), and the whole space has this relaxed Georgian hospitality vibe without being overly formal.

Pirosmani Street is one of those spots where you’re close enough to walk to the main action – the cable car, Piazza Square, all that – but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the constant noise and crowds. I really appreciated being able to walk to the local bakery in the morning and chat with neighbors who were curious about visitors but never intrusive. The parking situation is way better than what you’ll find closer to the old town, which honestly saved me a lot of stress during my stay. What surprised me most was the attention to details that actually matter – good water pressure, reliable WiFi, and windows that properly block out sound when you want to sleep in. It’s not fancy in a flashy way, but it’s thoughtfully put together by someone who clearly understands what travelers need after a long day exploring Batumi’s botanical gardens or trying to navigate the weekend crowds at the beach.

  Очень дружелюбный, гостеприимный хозяин. Встретил в аэропорту, рассказал где ближайшие магазины и обменники с хорошим курсом.
  Живёт в соседней квартире, вопросы типа нужен стиральный порошок или батарейки в пульт решались моментально. Всё понравилось.

  Останавливались семьёй 4 взрослых и 2 ребёнка. Апартаменты превзошли наши ожидания!
  Удобная локация, хозяин помогал со всеми вопросами.
  
  Есть вся необходимая техника и посуда, всё в отличном состоянии.
  
  Отдельное спасибо за трансфер между аэропортом и апартаментами.
  
  What could be improved: Страшновато было на 15 этаже с трёхлеткой. И температура воды из крана не всегда стабильная была.

  قريب للبحر وجميع الخدامات قريبه من السكن وهو عبارة عن شقه في الدور 15 ومطله على البحر ويوجد تكيف وشطاف ماء بدورة المياة وتعامل المستضيف ممتاز

  Отличные апартаменты , все прекрасно . Вид на море . Пляж метров 200, рядом красивая набережная, рестораны, магазины . Хозяин очень милый, даже встретил нас из аэропорта Кутаиси , очень внимательный. Обязательно вернёмся🫶

  Удобное расположение до пляжа, шикарный вид из номера на море. Прекрасные и приветливые хозяева.
  
  What could be improved: Грязный пол. Настолько грязный, что на чёрных и белых носках оставались следы пыли и мусора в виде мелких частиц (песка). Помимо этого, было грязное постельное бельё. Мы с друзьями бронировали одну ночь, и, видимо, хозяин квартиры решил не париться на этот счёт. Общую оценку снизил только из-за этих факторов.
