When I first walked into ORBI Residence Apart-Hotel on the 23rd floor of that gleaming tower on Kobaladze Street, I’ll be honest – the views completely stopped me in my tracks. You’re literally floating above Batumi with the Black Sea stretching endlessly in front of you, and I mean, you can see the whole coastline curve away toward Turkey on clear days. The elevator ride up feels like forever, but once those doors open, you get why this four-star place has such crazy good ratings.

What actually surprised me most wasn’t the panoramic windows (though they’re spectacular) – it was how spacious and livable these apartments feel. I’ve stayed in plenty of apart-hotels that feel like cramped afterthoughts, but these units have proper kitchens with full-size appliances, separate living areas where you can actually spread out, and bedrooms that don’t feel like closets. The furnishings are modern without being sterile, you know? There’s this nice mix of contemporary Georgian touches with international comfort that somehow works perfectly. And honestly, having a washing machine in the unit after a few days exploring Batumi’s humid summer streets – that’s pure luxury right there.

The location is sort of perfect if you want to be in the heart of everything but still have that resort-like escape feeling. You’re walking distance from Batumi Boulevard and all those beachfront cafes, but when the city gets overwhelming (and trust me, summer evenings down there can get pretty intense with all the music and crowds), you just ride that elevator back up to your peaceful sky-high retreat. I actually found myself spending way more time on the balcony than I expected, especially in the evenings when the sea breeze kicks in and the city lights start twinkling below. The staff genuinely seems to care about making your stay smooth – they helped me figure out the best times to hit the cable car to avoid tourist crowds, and their local restaurant recommendations were spot-on. Sure, being on the 23rd floor means you’re committed to that elevator ride every time you want to grab coffee or hit the beach, but with views like these and apartments this comfortable, I found myself planning my days around longer outings anyway. It’s the kind of place where you’ll catch yourself taking way too many sunset photos and actually looking forward to coming “home” at the end of each day.

  Удачное расположение, всё близко, в номере всё есть и всё работает, жили на 23м этаже с потрясающим видом на город и море. Особенная благодарность хозяйке Офелии за чуткое отношение и мгновенную реакцию на все вопросы. Никогда не забуду огромный букет и бутылку вина ,подаренные ею на мой ДР!! Приятно и неожиданно!   Великолепный вид на море и город с балкона и удачное расположение – всего в 5 минутах от пляжа, и рядом куча магазинчиков и ресторанов. На балконе стояли столик и два кресла – мы каждый вечер пили там чай и дышали свежим воздухом! Спасибо Офелии за гостеприимство, все необходимое она предоставила: была духовка для выпечки, микроволновка, посуда, фен, стиральная машинка и т.д. В зале два раскладных кресла и раскладная софа, мы смогли разместить там детей. Лифт не забитый, спокойно уезжали. В самом отеле спокойно и чисто. Посоветуем это место!

  Два раза приезжала в Батуми , заселялась в апартаменты Орби дом-волна к Офелии. Безумно чистые апартаменты, приветливые хозяева , которые не оставили нужны абсолютно ни в чем. Внимательная , добрая , заботливая Офелия – прекрасный человек. Я готова возвращаться снова и снова, и только к Офелии.

  Отличное расположение, просто отличнейший вид с огромного балкона, прекрасный дом, квартира и хозяйка. Тот же всеми любимый ORBI просто другое здание и без проблем с лифтами!
  
  What could be improved: Раскладные кресла были неудобными, давили в спину — приходилось долго искать положение, чтобы нормально лечь. Дополнительные пледы не спасли ситуацию 🙁
