The aparthotel setup is perfect if you’re planning to stay in Batumi for more than just a quick weekend. Each unit has a proper kitchenette, and there’s this little grocery store about two blocks down where the locals shop – way better prices than the touristy spots near the Boulevard. The staff here actually remembers your name after a day or two, which is refreshing. During my stay, the front desk guy (I think his name was Giorgi) gave me directions to this amazing khachapuri place that definitely wasn’t in any guidebook. The rooms themselves are clean and modern, though the shower pressure varies depending on what floor you’re on – something about the building’s water system that they’re apparently working on.

What really sets this place apart is how it feels authentically Georgian without trying too hard. The building has this nice contemporary design that doesn’t clash with the neighborhood’s character, and from the upper floors, you get these glimpse-of-the-sea views between the other buildings. Parking can be a bit tricky during summer months – there’s street parking, but you’ll want to get back before evening when all the locals return from work. The 9.7 rating this place gets makes total sense once you factor in the value. Sure, it’s not luxury, but for a three-star property, the attention to detail is impressive. They keep the common areas spotless, the Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building, and there’s this quiet courtyard area where you can sit with morning coffee before the city really wakes up. If you’re looking for a genuine local experience without sacrificing comfort, this spot delivers – just don’t expect a concierge or room service.

  Замечательные видовые апартаменты на 20 этаже на первой линии у моря. Вид с балкона и на море, и на горы. Очень аккуратно, современный ремонт. Есть всё необходимое: кухня с плитой, посудой, чайником, холодильником, микроволновкой. В ванной стиральная машина. Есть утюг, гладильная доска и кондиционер. Много мест для хранения вещей. Рядом пляж с бесплатными
  лежаками и зонтиками. Очень хорошее местоположение. Парковка возле дома. Доброжелательный хозяин, всегда на связи. В этом же доме внизу хороший магазин продуктов с отделом готовой кулинарии. Рядом кафе и столовые, еда очень вкусная

  Просторные апартаменты, чисто, комфортно. Большой холодильник с морозильной камерой, стиральная машина. Есть и сушилка, и гладильная доска. Классный вид на море. Балкон огромный. Рядом со зданием пешеходный переход на набережную. До моря действительно идти близко. Машину парковали рядом с соседним зданием.
