I mean, the Boulevard is perhaps a ten-minute walk, and honestly, that brief stroll through the neighborhood gives you a much better sense of how locals actually live here. The staff – and this really surprised me – they genuinely seemed invested in making sure I knew where everything was. The fellow at reception sketched me this little map showing which marshrutka routes would take me to the cable car, and he was spot-on about the timing too.

What really impressed me, though, was how spotless everything felt without being clinical. The rooms aren’t massive – I mean, we’re talking three-star here – but there’s something appealing about a place that knows exactly what it is and executes it well. My room had this good-sized window that overlooked the street, and in the mornings you could hear the city coming to life, which I actually enjoyed. The shower had reliable hot water (not always a sure thing in this part of the world), and the bed was surprisingly cozy. There’s this small common space on the ground floor where I’d sometimes get coffee in the morning, and I noticed other guests would hang around there too – always a positive sign. You know what impressed me most? The place felt authentic rather than corporate, like someone actually cared about the details. The Wi-Fi functioned consistently, there was always someone at the front desk when I needed assistance, and they even helped me navigate taxi apps when my Georgian completely failed me. If you’re seeking something that’s comfortable and well-managed without the tourist hotel premium, and you want to feel like you’re staying somewhere that genuine travelers select rather than tour groups, this place delivers.

  Потрясающие апартаменты. Очень чистый и уютный номер, с восхитительным видом. Осуществилась моя мечта, пожить на таком высоком этаже. Расположение максимально удобное. Пляж рядом, магазинчики рядом, кафе и рестораны, при чем на разный кошелёк, что очень хорошо.
  
  Очень удобное заседание без лишних проблем. На ресепшене Wi-fi бесплатный (в номере тоже).
  
  С лифтами проблем не было, их 12 штук, ни разу за 9 дней не ждали долго.
  
  Все необходимое в номере есть.
  
  Спасибо огромное, что скрасили наш отпуск.
