But here’s the thing about Batumi – sometimes the best spots are tucked away from the obvious tourist drags, and this four-star property is a perfect example of that.

I mean, let’s be real about the 7.1 rating – it’s not going to blow your mind, but it’s actually pretty honest about what you’re getting. The apartments especially work well if you’re planning to stay more than a couple nights, which I’d recommend anyway since Batumi really grows on you. The kitchenette setup is surprisingly functional (I actually cooked breakfast a few times, something I rarely bother with), and the space feels more like a proper flat than those cramped hotel rooms you often get in Georgian coastal towns. The staff seems to genuinely care about getting things right, though their English can be hit or miss – but honestly, that’s part of the charm, and they’re incredibly patient with the whole Google Translate dance we all end up doing.

What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays despite being reasonably central. You’re close enough to walk to the main action along the boulevard – maybe fifteen minutes if you’re not in a hurry – but far enough away that you’re not dealing with the late-night party crowd stumbling around outside your window. The neighborhood has that lived-in Georgian feel, with little family-run shops and the kind of authentic khachapuri places that locals actually frequent. Parking can be a bit of an adventure (welcome to Batumi), but they’ll help you figure it out, and there’s usually something within a block or two. I’d definitely stay here again, especially during shoulder season when the city feels more relaxed and you can actually enjoy the Black Sea without fighting crowds for a decent spot on the beach. It’s one of those places that just works – nothing fancy, but everything you actually need.

  Everything was good. Professional staff. Just be prepared to pay extra fee for your dog with weight more than 15 kilograms.

  The location is great if you’re not new to Batumi. There’re no cafes restaurants nearby, but Metro mall is some 15 minutes away on feet.
  This is a very quiet and cozy place – which is rare for sea view accommodations in Batumi. There is a crosswalk leading to the beach right in front of the hotel.
  My room did have a great sea view being at the last 14th floor.
  
  Everyone from the staff I faced were very nice and helpful. They brought me some bakes and sweets – like true Georgian hosts.
  Overall this place is a great value for money if you realize it is on the outskirts and is far from all the town’s places of interest.
  
  PS. It is very close to the airport and is great for plainspotters.
  
  What could be improved: The water flow in bath was so weak – I can’t imaging my wife washing her hair with it, the fridge did not work – making some 1 degree colder inside than it was in the room. There was no kettle, they brought it immediately after a request, but not the cups to make tea/coffee. The hotel maid brought one the next day.
