The Kachinsky Street address puts you right in this sweet spot where you can hear the waves at night (which I loved) but you’re not dealing with the chaos of the main boulevard. I stayed here during peak summer, and while Batumi can get absolutely mad with tourists, this little corner stays relatively peaceful. The building itself has this sort of modern-meets-Soviet vibe that somehow works – clean lines but with character, if that makes sense.

What actually impressed me most was how they’ve maximized those sea views. I mean, we’re talking about a three-star place here, but my room had this massive window that framed the Black Sea perfectly. You can watch the cargo ships coming and going (Batumi’s port is pretty active), and on clear mornings the view stretches all the way to the horizon. The rooms are honestly bigger than I expected – I could actually open my suitcase without rearranging all the furniture. The Wi-Fi worked great, which matters if you’re trying to upload all those sunset photos, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during those humid August nights. Check-in was smooth too – the staff spoke decent English and actually gave me useful tips about which marshrutkas to take to get around the city. Parking was easy enough on the street, though you might want to ask about that if you’re driving. The whole place has this 9.9 rating that initially made me skeptical (those numbers usually seem too good to be true), but after staying there, I get it. It’s not luxury, but it nails all the basics while giving you that genuine connection to Batumi’s coastline that you’re probably looking for.

  Отличные апартаменты. Свежий ремонт. Все что нужно для проживания есть. Двор без машин, подземный паркинг. Парк в 10 метрах от комплекса. До моря 2 минуты, засыпаешь и просыпаешься под плеск волн. Стройки за окном нет. Рядом кафе с вкусными завтраками и свежей выпечкой. До центра города 20 минут на машине/такси. В ЖК есть и круглосуточный Sраr. Внимательный и отзывчивый хозяин. Всегда на связи. Заселил с утра, за что отдельное спасибо ❤Однозначно рекомендую!!!!!
